I purchased the $25 unlimited plan with auto pay. I was told by a chat customer service representative (Mary Anne) that the plan for the first month would be $25.52 (includes taxes and fees).The advertised plan states $25.00. So, I asked the representative words to the effect, “then my future monthly charge will be $25.52?.” She stated, “No, $25.00.” Wrong!!! I’m being billed $25.52 monthly. Someone need more training, and I should only be charged $25 per month based on what she told me and what Boost advertised.

It's pretty plain to see (smell) that Jeff does not shower before work or before handling the phones he sells you. The look of the store is deplorable, he does not clean at all

I've added money twice and they had came up with whatever reasons to not help n to not add money back on there the worst service to go with. On top of that I had just went out n bought a phone n still cut me off.dont ever go with this service

Not to helpful bought a phone not even 8 months ago. Wanted to replace but was told I had to buy another phone I had insurance and wasn't paying $120-150 or more for another phone. So left.

I bought a phone from this store, and it was not the phone I wanted and did not notice until I was home. Called the store to get a exchange, and they flat out denied the return. Stating there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES unless something was wrong with the phone. The store would not loose a sale infect the would gain more for the correct phone. I have been a customer of Boost Mobile in 2008. I totally would not recommend this store. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK

Very helpful, was just one employee there when I came in, brought 4 phones to get upgraded. Absolutely great service at this location. Been using Boost since April 2020. Phone service is good as well

My first complaint was the store employee arrived 20 minutes after 10am opening time. The employee was not prepared to help customers when she did arrive. She couldn't access the computer without calling a co-worker for a password. The manager called while we were discussing new phones, and they discussed scheduling for the next day. When she printed out the sales form, I questioned the $7.00 increase in my monthly bill. She had added insurance that we had not discussed and that I didn't want. She assured me she would remove the insurance charge. The next day it was still on my account. I had to then call customer support to asdress the issue. Customer support was great and recified the issue immediately. Beware
