I went into the car wash today Aleka and Kristina helped with my wash today, I had kids in the car and they told them jokes and put a smile on their face. Their customer service was amazing! Will be coming back!

I can not get ahold of anyone to cancel my membership. I have tried every single way they give you, no one answers the phone and no one from customer service gets back to you. I moved away in May and tried to cancel, we had two cars under our membership and it’s only cancelled one. Every time I type in my other license plate it says they can’t find our membership. I have never seen a company that doesn’t have a direct phone number to call with questions. Loved the car wash itself, but extremely disappointed with customer service.

Ok wash for knocking the dust off but not for a thorough cleaning! Bought the $18 custom wash which was a waste of money because the wheels are still dirty and the edges around the windshield & Windows had to be scrubbed to get clean, back looks like it was barely touched On my midsize SUV, they did not do any pre-wash prep spray, but noticed when different person took over Every car behind me was treated. I spent majority of my cleanup time scrubbing bugs. My car was not very dirty prior to arriving. Also, nowhere to clean rubber formats only carpeted mats.

I have been a member with Caliber Car Wash for a few years and it has never disappointed me. The staff is friendly and helpful in all ways possible and the membership is worth it. Matthew was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable member and he deserves the highest raise that he can possibly receive. I will be recommending this car wash company to anyone looking for one to sign up with.Services: Polishing
