Dropped truck off and messaged link to check progress. Informed they had to go to bare metal, but no change in price. I called on scheduled day of pickup and told it would be ready. Wow, looked new! “I really could not ask for more. From front staff to back staff. This team was welcoming as ever, efficient as possible, and the repair COULD NOT LOOK CLEANER (metal, plastic, and paint, the panels align even better than factory). They have some real artists in the back.
Unreal job from everyone. The staff saw me even after I was late to my appointment. Estimator was super sweet and answered all my questions. Front desk explained all I needed to know. Manager kept everything timely as could be.
They turned the car around in TWO days, AND stayed late Friday afternoon so I could have it for the weekend. Manager even came out to help me with a blinker light after-hours, and fixed it immediately.
