I was told on four different occasions that my son's prescription was ready. Come to find out it's on back order but very frustrating after making four trips there. Disorganized.

I recently was forced to change my prescription drug provider to CVS, because my previous provider, Winn-Dixie, is no longer selling prescription drugs. I have filled 7 prescriptions in the last 2 weeks at CVS and on both occasions, my prices were more than the amounts I was expecting to pay according to my GoodRX Gold plan. In both cases, the staff was less than cordial and bordered on being argumentative. Today they told me to not use the GoodRX Gold card going forward because it is defective and they are the only game in town. It was a case of like it or lump it. I called Good RX and was assured my card is fine. Unfortunately, CVS is the only pharmacy in my area that accepts GoodRX, so my choices are pretty limited.

I called to find out when I could pick up my prescription and was on hold 28 minutes until I decided to call the store area and the lady that answered said they were waiting for the Pharmacist to get there, the Pharmacy opens at 10 and it was 11:08! How unprofessional! Also the male Pharmacist that works there is rude and the male Tech is rude and I am going to call the District Manager again to report!

Visiting from out of town and realized that I must not have packed critical medication. I only needed a couple of days worth, but wasn't due for a refill because I'd just had it filled. The pharmacist was incredibly accommodating and sweet. I would highly recommend this CVS if you live in the area or if you're just visiting.

I was in Fort Walton Beach on vacation and came down sick. I was able to call my dr in idaho, have her fax my Perscription to CVS, and pick it up that evening. I'm not even sure how, but CVS had my insurance card and completed the transaction prior to my pick up. I was shocked at the positive experience I received!

I absolutely love coming to this CVS. They have the most wonderful employees. Leo, Tina, Caitlin, and Bailee are genuinely caring and want to do what is right by their customers. They are helpful with coupons, spot on with item locations, down to the exact shelf!! I am thoroughly impressed and I look forward to many years ahead. Thanks!!!
