First I would like to say that I'm stuck with one star, as there are no lower ratings. I have been a long time customer of Cefco. I have done lots and lots of delivery jobs and cefco has always been my gas station of choice. They have the cleanest bathrooms I love getting food in the gas stations to go they have the best food there. .... I love their air pumps cuz they accept credit cards. But today everything changed. I stuck my credit card in and immediately it was declined. Thinking I punched in my pin number wrong I had did it again immediately it was declined.
So not wanting to hold up any other customers I stuck in my girlfriend's card and called my bank immediately as I knew how much I had in my bank account I always do.
The lady in the fraud department explained to me that the gas station was trying to charge me $125. I was only trying to put $10 in my 4-cylinder....Immediately I stopped pumping and grabbed my receipt locked my car and went inside asked for the manager. She told me it is store policy they put $125 hold on every credit card... When I told her how much I thought that wasn't fair she told me I had to get off the property without even asking any questions. Thing about it is there was no sign on the pump that I was using stating money would be pulled out of the account. Not on the side I was pumping with or the other side of that particular pump. But every other pump on property there was as when the officers came out they pointed it out to me.
Convenient ! I absolutely called 911 because I thought there was something inside the pump trying to take money off our cards as I didn't know what was going on. Officers told me I'm free to go on my way but she put a trespass on me stating I can never come back.... when I didn't do anything wrong. Even though there was no sticker on the pump that I was using that's saying there would be a hold on my account... This store manager that was extremely extremely rude to me could have at least said I'm sorry the sticker must have peeled off. I would love to discuss details with corporate on this. I think the store manager was a little bit out of line. Please get back to me on this.

I look forward to coming here every morning during my work week. I am greeted with smiling faces and everyone is so kind! The store always looks great and you can tell the hard work that’s poured into it daily!
