At first it was such a great experience and we were so happy, they even offered to bring us the car in Pensacola (making it seem like a nice gesture). A little over a month into now and I can’t get anyone to respond to me about getting the paperwork that we signed. We were never given a copy from them ( I had to move mountains to get it from the bank.) Turns out they charged us for delivering the car (didn’t tell me that, we would have just picked it up and had it earlier) just as shady as every other dealership out there.

Salesman was outstanding, not pushy and provided all the info on the vehicle that I asked about. Went over the features and we worked out a very reasonable price for the vehicle and my trade in. I would highly recommend this dealer ship and their staff.

The dealership has a great sales team unfortunately if you need service buyer beware .. just try to get in touch with the service department.. I have been trying for two days and they NEVER answer the phone .. you will definitely have to find somewhere else to service unless you just want to drive down and take your chance . I haven’t seen a dealership that doesn’t t have a designated phone attendant..

probably note a good idea to buy from there use car lot. well, maybe a Chrysler / Ram produce may be ok, but they don't service anything else , which you find out when you bring your car back for service. And they sale you an extended warranty. last time I stop in there.

2 stars for poor communication and negligence, but the work was eventually completed.The car warranty decreases in value when you have to work with this dealership’s customer service. 2 appointments before 8 am, and the vehicle was never seen by the technician that day. After 15 calls between noon-5 pm talking to other service reps , sales, and parts departments I was transferred to a voicemail that my multiple messages were never returned. No one provided any info on my vehicle. If they at least communicated that my vehicle wasn’t going to be seen, then I could have made alternate plans. For the negligence, I arrived after the service department closed to my vehicle sitting on their lot unlocked.No apologies and no solutions presented by the service team. Based on the multiple service reps we talked to, this was a common situation at their dealership.

I bought a 2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon off Tony at Jeep Fort Walton Beach/ Step One Auto. I have to say I had a great experience with them.They were very fair with my trade offering me what I actually thought it was worth. Also I got some huge discounts on the Gladiator. I was looking within 500 miles and talked with several dealers that didn't offer near the deal these guys did in my local area. I would def buy another vehicle from them.

When it was time for my husband and I to purchase our next car we looked many places but settled on a vehicle we found advertised here. The service was excellent! We came in and immediately felt comfortable. Mrs. Sheryl Lopez was so nice, polite and personal I would consider buying my next car from here just to stay loyal!

This dealership lied and we're not honest from the get go. They emailed about my trade in "which was basically a new car" and then changed their story when I arrived. After several hours I agreed to meet them in the middle on a price which would include my first service on the vehicle I was purchasing to be covered by the dealership and purchased a new 2023 challenger scat pack. The salesman called back a week later to confirm things were good and we reiterated the fact that we still hadn't received anything on our first service being covered. He again stated that everything was in the computer and good to go. Today I took the car in for the service and was treated horribly and they would not honor the service being covered. On top of that the technician lost one of my custom valve stem covers I had purchased and tried to tell me it was missing when I dropped the vehicle off, which is a complete lie. Long story short this dealership will lie to no end to get you to buy from them and the managers and salesman will treat you like trash when you confront them on their lies. Do not buy from this dealership as you will lose in the end! I will never buy from them or take my vehicle to them again. This is what is wrong with this industry that they are allowed to treat people in this manner with no repercussions. Lastly I left a review regarding this on google and they had the nerve to have it removed with in an hour so, I will however being going on and reposting the review each week until it sticks.Again do not buy from them you will lose in the end!!

10/10 experience with the Chrysler dealership in Fort Walton. I originally scheduled a brake service and was approached by Bryan from the sales team in order to see if there was any newer vehicle I’d be interested in trading my truck in for. As it so happens I gave him one option for a newer vehicle I was on the hunt for, and within an hour he responded with the exact vehicle I wanted.Bryan had the vehicle moved to the dealership closer to me and had it ready on the day of my service appointment so I could test drive it while I waited. The friendliness of the staff and enthusiasm to help me find the right car for my needs was very apparent. Very quick process and an amazing deal that I couldn’t pass up. I would recommend anyone else to stop by and see if it’s time to trade-in and move up, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing customer service from Rodger in sales. He was VERY knowledgeable on the vehicles that I was interested in. I Special ordered a unique car and he called me when it arrived on the truck and even sent me pictures. There was no hassle or surprises on fees and we walked out very happy with our 2023 Chrysler 300c! Best dealership experience I’ve had in years!

It took three hours to get an oil change and that was with having a pre scheduled appointment. No apologies for such slow service. We will not ever be returning.

I work in finance for auto, have worked with a lot dealerships around the nation, and have seen a lot. Car buying process can be stressful and draining, this is not our experience at all. Our sales representative Jeremy was more than flexible to meet our family later on a Friday evening, I think they even stayed 30 minutes past their hours of operation to accommodate us. Jeremy was personable has excellent communication and customer service. Definitely recommend them to anyone within the area.

I had the absolute BEST experience buying a car here. They made the transaction so easy. I even got more than I asked for on my trade-in, and they put my new vehicle through the shop to make sure everything was perfect! This dealership acts with integrity and honesty. Even the interest-rate was fantastic. The terms were great. My payment is incredible. I will never buy a car anywhere else. I highly recommend everyone buy their cars here!! 2022 Ram Rebel 16,000 miles. Great experience! I'm super particular about my truck. Service Advisor (DP) was understanding and made sure I felt comfortable leaving my truck for work. They performed tailgate recall, tire work, and top end engine oil leak (yeah bummer). Shop lead couldn't nail down obvious source of "seepage," however I felt comfortable moving forward that they know my concerns and we will address oil leak. I cleaned area of oil seepage and will monitor. I'm new to Ram, so I hope this isn't a thing. Again, I felt good about visit. My truck was parked such that it would minimize vehicle and personnel movement around it. Great!
