This is been the greatest gas station ever the only problem that this establishment is the homeless gathering's they flock here because of toilet access and when they the homeless use's it omg they abuse it and i understand that and i dont blame a manager to get upset every each time this has happened all in all it needs better sale persons and the manager there are really nice i forgot her name but i wish you guys can lift up my trespassing now that you fired mary mason . I would love to shop and buy gas and coffee there versus me walking all the way to dodge's chicken please thank you and god bless

Cappuccino and hot chocolate mixes were empty so I didn't get anything, but the cashier gave my friend a free coffee because of it. And she was very nice

Can ones computer truly not except cards for months upon months as well as have the bathrooms “out of order” EVERYDAY?!! Dear Corporate is it true that this is now a CASH ONLY gas station?

I just stopped for gas. I did have to go in to get my receipt, and also to tell them that their pump handle was leaking. As I was pumping gas it had a constant drip. They thanked me for telling them. They also came out right behind me and bagged the pump ⛽ so no one else would use it. They had a good price for fuel as well, compared to other stations around or near them.

Poor management store manager has attitude problem with using coupons for fuel .she stopped the pump and tried to get us to reset it so we wouldn't have coupon....2:15 pm pump 3 blu Ford escape.Ps. I work for circle k in MiltonThis is not the way to run a store.

Girl was on her phone and talking to another worker behind the counter so I waited. She looked at me and was like “?Yes?” I said 55 on 3 n she typed her stuff. I asked fir a receipt she set it on the counter n kept talking on the phone. Way different cust serv then in Destin?

Went to get lunch at this locaton. Cheese and chili despecer was broken, only had one bun and no mustard. And as i checked out i had to wait for the lady behind the counter to finish texting instead of taking care of these problems before she would ring me out. Keep driving past this location.

There was no soap in the mens bathroom. Which is ridiculous especially in times like this. The Coke I got from fountain tasted horrible as well.

As a regular customer of this store for nearly five years, I am appalled at the rude service I have been receiving for the last several months from this same individual. What's even worse, I believe she may be the assistant manager, or of management capacity. As a retail veteran for more than 35 years, I am absolutely shocked that your company would actually tolerate such an individual. She never opens the store on time and I have actually witnessed her in her pajamas and slippers making customers wait until she finishes her cigarette. She does not greet customers and uses a lot of vulgar profanity in front of patrons, and is constantly complaining about her job. She is very rude to most customers including myself, and is very unconcerned about ringing up customers correctly. She also has been disallowing certain people into the restrooms; which I believe is a very discriminatory practice that if continued may lead to serious legal actions....I have withheld this grievance for as long as I can. It's bad when you have to dread going into a store, and come out feeling like you are very unappreciated. Like I said, I am a nearly daily patron at Circle K, and have spent a lot of money with you. As someone who knows the retail industry very well, and understands the importance of good customer service, I now feel the urgent need to make you aware of this issue in hopes that you may rectify it and prevent this store from receiving a bad reputation.... Over these past years, I have seen many associates come and go; but unfortunately, this one individual is the worst representation that you could possibly have.....Thank you for your immediate attention.
