If I could give the pharmacy less than one star I would. They are all extremely argumentative and rude and act like you're an idiot even though you know your own medications better than they do. Medications that are uncommon are almost impossible to get filled correctly and they constantly want you to figure it all out, even though they are the ones that need info from insurance and doctors. Being in a military family, I've been to many Walgreens. This is the worst one by leagues. I'd be better at their jobs than they are with no training. They are truly so awful, clueless, and rude that I don't think they should be allowed to operate. It's amazing I've ever even be able to get things filled correctly, but I guess even a blind pig can find an acorn once in awhile.

My health insurance is not great at covering prescriptions so I rely on GoodRx for many years now. The pharmacist does NOT ACCEPT GOODrx at this Walgreen's pharmacy. I went though the effort and dowloaded the GoodRx coupon to have it convenient for the pharmacy rep., and sent it in the drawer at the window. She said it did not ring up at what GoodRx had. And I had just printed this GoodRX coupon 5 minutes before I got to the pharmacy. I also had it on my email and text and showed her. No use, talk to a wall and get more satisfaction. The rep/pharmacist would not accept my Goodrx. She said the meds was 40 dollars more this time. This was for the same meds, same quantity, nothing changed. The same meds I got filled last month and the month before for approximately the past 132 months straight. All of a sudden no longer recognizes the GoodRX discount, with the actual current coupon or the Goodrx card according to the rep/pharmacist. But on Goodrx it shows plain as day the lower amount no matter how many times you pull it up, even a 5 year old can do it. It Makes zero sense. Walgreens at Beal and Racetrack. I H had to cancel my script and go down the road to Publix where it was even 48.00 dollars less than Walgreen's was trying to get. Thanks for the favor Walgreens.

The service is great. What I'm surprised about is how the outside of building has went down from needing some simple maintenance n deep cleaning. The metal at drive through all rusted into, so much rust. Looks like building hasn't been scraped, n caulked n deep cleaned or painted in over a decade. All the glass needs a good cleaning daily I would say. Fix that place up. As much as meds cost. Use some of that money on long needed repairs, who ever is in charge of maintenance on Walgreens.

There is a sign outside that says walk in and same day appointments available, so I was picking up my pictures and figured to get my vaccine. I go to the pharmacy to get it and the pharmacist says I have to make an appointment and I asked if I could make the appointment now since that is what the sign outside indicates. She said no it's only online. When I took this picture of the sign indicating this, the clerk from inside came out and took it back inside.

Health violations - tech drops meds while he is filling prescriptions on the floor, counter, etc and picks up with his bare hands and bottles them. We made the pharmacist - Aiza Rivera aware and she didn't seem to care. Terrible attitude with associates in the pharmacy. Being flu season and the scare with Corona virus, shouldn't they be concerned about not touching people's meds with their contaminated, bare hands??????

I have been going to this pharmacy for some time and the customer service just keeps going sown hill!!!!!! In fact- I am changing pharmacies because I can't stand the rudeness ...especially Emily at the drive through window...didn't even look or speak to me for three minutes!! As she types on her computer while I sat patiently waiting for her to acknowledge me. Then she walked away and came back and rudely asked and shouted at me what I needed!!! Why are you in the customer service industry!!!??!! Seriously awful!! Called the store manager who didn't seem too concerned and said that she would talk to her!! This isn't the first time that she has been rude when I come through the drive-through. I am surprised there is not a one star rating on the store and can't believe they get away with being so rude whenever they feel like it!! Obviously poor management here

I have been using Walgreens in my hometown since they opened and other than long waits, I have received good customer service. On a recent vacation to Fort Walton Beach, FL I had to fill a new RX for a sun-burn and the service I received was HORRIBLE! I did a search to see which store was the closest to my location, called them and asked to fill the RX. A bit later, I received an automated phone call informing me that there was in issue with my insurance and my fill may be delayed, but I needed to do nothing. I knew that I had change insurance carriers in October, so I went ahead and called to get things straightened out. This call process was time consuming because I had to talk to so many different people. It seems as though when I called I was routed to a "call center" off site of the location I was attempting to contact. Once being connected to the store I had to explain the situation to several people before I was directed to the person who handles the insurance. She was very helpful and took her time to resolve the issue with me; however, each time we would disconnect for one of us to call the insurance company, I had to be routed through the call center again. This was very annoying and ate up my time on vacation! When I got the the store, with my whole family in tow, I was then informed that they did not have the full amount to fill the prescription and I would have to go pick it up at another location. I informed the attendant that this was my last night on vacation and I would be leaving town at 5 am the next morning. I also asked why I did not get a phone call to let me know they couldn't fill it. The answer was, because they would have it in the next day. I asked if I could receive a few courtesy pills to get me home so I could then fill the RX at my home Walgreens. She stated that she could not approve that, that only a manager could approve this, so I asked to speak to a manager. When the manager came, the response was the same....I could pick up the RX at another location and it would be ready by the time I got there or else I would have to pay two co-pays if they gave me a portion of the RX and I picked up the remainder at my home store. They assured me that the RX would be ready when I got to the other store and that the store was not very far away (this store was on Mary Ester Blvd and they were sending me to Beals Pkwy). They gave me directions and I went to the other location. When I got to second location, they informed me that the RX had already been billed to my insurance at the first location and they had to wait for that to be back out of the system in order to run it through their system. I waited and waited and waited....with my whole family in the car. I buzzed inside and again asked why I could not have a few courtesy pills just to get me home. The response was, "it is almost fixed, it will be just another minute". Well, it took an additional 10 minutes. I sat in that drive-thru (of the second store, I might point out) for 35 minutes! All of this after I was assured that the RX would be ready when I got there. Frankly, I was so disappointed that I am contemplating moving RX services to a different company, especially when I found out that the call-center is being rolled out nation-wide. This was just poor service! It took me over an hour to pick up a generic, five dollar medication...robbing me of precious vacation time! Walgreens, get your act together!
