I frequent Cuts By Us weekly and have had my hair cut, stained partially purple, or just washed and styled. I can personally recommend Deena, Fonzee (sp), Kelly, Amy, and Jenny. Their work schedules vary but ask for one of them or call ahead and make an appointment with one of them.
When getting your hair done, Be specific about what you want and especially what you do not want! I believe you’ll go away a happy customer!!!!! I spend 20-40 dollars for wash and blowout and same range for haircut and 40-60 for. Partial purple staining.

I went in for a trim . Walked out with half my hair missing on one side too short and the other half I am not sure. Never again! I am going to have to either bushwhack it or wear a cap for the hot summer months.

Asked for a bob and got chopped. Wanted it between my chin and shoulders. The longest of the hair was to my ears. The back she cut short! By the time I realized what she was doing it was too late. The damage was done. Ended up shaving all my hair off with an inch guard just so it didn't look like a mushroom or bowl cut.

Management is terrible and very unprofessional. Arguing and yelling at employees in front of customers and not listening to employees about thier clients hair. I don't recommend getting a perm or color there. They will try to fix after doing it wrong the first time and still not do it right. Unless you want your hair wrecked don't go there.

Worst haircut I've ever had. I literally had pictures and explained what I wanted done not only did she cut it entirely too short but she didn't layer it correctly either. It's horrible.

I went in to get a perm and Mrs sherry didn’t know how to do it.whoever heard of putting one perm solution and then two relax.the relax washed out the perm.

Worst hair stylist I’ve ever seen. I asked her to leave on top of curls but she was so rushed and didn’t pay attention. My son was crying because she shaved all his curls. His hair was so messy and everywhere on his skin and clothes that she even didn’t care about it. I was so exiting to visit here so it was very disappointed. Never wanna come back this place again.

I've came here for a few months now. Always cut it right. Today Danielle was my barber. She was fantastic!! Definitely recommend her.

First time here. Atmosphere was happy! My stylist was Elizabeth. I pretend to be a stylist at times. Elizabeth had to fix my mistakes, honestly, best haircut I received in a long while. Definitely returning to her. She was quite funny as well😁😉

Never really have a good experience here. For the most part, the stylists are nice but always rushing with the haircut. I can specify what I want and then they do something extra or excessive like using clippers when I specify a scissor cut. The clippers always cut the back of my neck and the lady behind them doesn’t seem to notice how hard she’s pressing, combing or brushing. You really get what you pay for here, won’t be returning.

Went in for a haircut and a beard trim. I have a long beard. Told them I wanted to keep the length but just even it out and trim the sides. The lady butchered it. Cut it in half. I wear glasses and couldn’t see the damage she had done until after the fact. I am livid.

Not sure if the manager was having a horrible day but I got the short end of the stick. I got checked in at 4:15pm and didn’t get seen till 1.5 hrs later. Amy the manager was told I was next and that I have been waiting and she still called someone else first(who arrived WAY after me). Completely ignored Fonzy who told her I should be next. She finished their cut, then left for the day. Didn’t say or even look at me. Zero customer service or acknowledge from Amy. Fonzy cut my hair in 5mins and apologized about my wait and experience. If it wasn’t for Fonzy, this review would most definitely be a 1 star. It doesn’t take much to just acknowledge me and say I’m sorry for the wait, we will get to you as soon as possible. Do better Amy.
