This store needs some tlc outside! Sign looks awful along with the smaller signs around the building. Oak trees need to be trimmed. Pave or fix the parking lot!

I had a wonderful experience here today. Obviously we’re feeling pretty down when needing to go pick up a prescription or it’s more of just an annoying errand, but every time I’ve come here I’ve been treated kindly, given thorough instructions about my Rx and in and out in no time at all.
Keep in mind when most people leave a bad review, 9/10 it was never that businesses fault in the first place and the poster was just having a bad day.
The pharmacists and techs at this location have always done good by me. ?

Pharmacist and Technicians are always so sweet here, I will never imagine to have such a rude window interaction, even with a mean look. It was a long day with my son been sick after he finally came back home after 7 days of not been home with me, and I felt like an inconvenience to just showing up to that drive through window. There's certain type of customer service needed when working with medical patients. You never know what they're going through. There used to be a black lady not sure if she was Puerto Rican she made me feel well taken care off. If you are having a bad day please don't reflect that in the way you treat customers, we go to pharmacies to get medications for ourselves or loved ones

I have used CVS to print small batches of photos for several years up until this point. Ordered a few and when I picked up each photo had a strong tint of blue and was smeared which was clearly a print head issue. The employee stated it was an issue on my end and not theirs until shown the photos on my phone. When I mentioned it could be a simple clean of the machine I was told they don’t service any of them, only replace paper and that she didn’t feel the need to report it to a manager to correct this issue.They also did not attempt to have them printed a second time and said it’ll just print the same each time, again no concern on their end which is bad business.If you’re like me and get small orders made, you’re better off taking your money elsewhere when it comes to photos.

I had an appointment at a minute clinic on mary esther and got prescriptions for my insulin that i get at the cvs on beal prkwy in florida. I had an appointment because I was out of insulin and when I went to get it filled they told me I had to wait 2 hours!!! Im type 1 diabetic completely out of insulin. This is unacceptable!!! Looking for new pharmacy..

Husband went to get prescription filled and 2 days later they tell him they don’t take his insurance! He got 3 filled about a month ago and found out they didn’t tell him then they didn’t take his insurance so maybe he wouldn’t have had to pay full price on those if he was told and he went to a place that did take it! There is always something with the CVS on Racetrack Rd!

He got 3 filled about a month ago and found out they didn’t tell him then they didn’t take his insurance so maybe he wouldn’t have had to pay full price on those if he was told and he went to a place that did take it! There is always something with the CVS on Racetrack Rd!

Beal parkway CVS is the bomb! I was in so much pain this morning. They transferred my prescriptions and had them filled within 15 minutes. The pharm tech was so helpful and kind. Top notch service today! Thank you so much!

I have been using this CVS for years and they have always been great! I have a lot of prescriptions every month and they are always part of going to help. I am also a couponer and all the cashiers have always been very patient with me. I highly recommend this CVS.
