I was referred here by my car insurance. My claim was submitted on October 30th and was approved and received on November 2nd. E&M detailing plus never reached out to me to schedule my appointment and I had to call them multiple times. When they finally did answer the phone,
Them: Hello
Me: Hi is this E&M detailing?
Them: Yeah
Me: OK I would like to schedule a cleaning. I got an approval back on November 2 and still haven’t heard from you. (It’s November 12th)
Them: oh my bad when do you want to do it?
Me: when is your soonest availability?
Them: November 22nd
Me: OK sounds great thank you
Them: bye
The morning of November 22nd roles around they never called the day before or the day of to confirm, and while I’m outside, he pulled up and does a quick look around and says OK. I got it. A couple of hours go by and I go out to check on him and give him some water and he is gone. The work was done, but you can still see stains. He didn’t even come to tell me that he was complete or to go over his work with him or even to tell me to lock my car because he was leaving. Professionalism aside, the quality of work was ok. He didn’t completely remove some of the stains from around my car seats, but he did remove most of it.

Very polite staff, and ironically, due to the business name, did extremely detailed, great work. The owner, Eddie is very cordial and made sure to pay special attention to the areas in need of extra care when detailing my car. They showed up on time and were done in a timely manner. They are mobile detailing, so they conveniently came right to my job and were very professional. I will definitely do business with them again.

On time, well done, and very polite and courteous. Delivered all they promised. These guys know how to detail a vehicle!!! Truck was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Used to use a different detailer, no more they are on my speed dial. For price , if you don't try them....well your loss.

I contacted them in regards to detailing my suv inside and out including shampooing my carpet. I spoke with the owner he said he was going to get some information for me and call me back. He said he wouldn’t be able to get to my car until the following Monday. I said I would take a Monday morning appointment he said ok no problem. So I waited until Monday to get my car cleaned (riding around with sour milk in my seat from a gallon of milk forgotten in 3 rd row which exploded ) so the smell is really bad. I waited the 3 days for him to clean my car. Monday comes around he completely blew off our appointment he never called to cancel or reschedule. so I waited for 3 days for nothing all while driving a car with a terrible smell. I was willing to pay him top dollar, I really needed his help. He did not keep his word honoring the appointment he scheduled with me nor did he call me back. I would strongly recommend not using this guys service he is very unreliable.

A week after contacting them to request an estimate/appointment I haven't heard from them at all other than some sort of an automated reply to my initial request.

I hired Details Plus after speaking with them over the phone about detailing my recently purchased used Toyota Tacoma. They were very courteous on the phone and provided me a one-hour window for a couple days later. On the day of the detailing, they called me within that hour to let me know they were on their way (great communications!). The arrived and inspected my truck, they asked about areas where they needed to pay key attention to and pointed out areas they would need some "elbow grease". Their truck is completely self-contained so no need to run them power or water. They pressure washed and then waxed the outside of the truck and did all sorts of magic on the inside. I just left them alone to do their thing. Once completed, they again went over the truck with me and ensured I was happy. They did a great job of communicating with me, arrived on time, worked hard, and provided feedback. My truck looks amazing based upon their work. If you need to detail your vehicle in the FWB area, give Eddie and Maurice a call, you will not be disappointed.
