Very friendly and helpful agent I was tried of the big companies charging so much money for 6 months of coverage I would ask if they could lower it but they said there's nothing they can do and the reason why it cost so much is because all of the auto accidents in Florida so I heard from a friend that he is with direct auto I tryed it out I am very happy I did payed for the year

After missing my payment for my insurance I was worried I would deal with a lot of charges and some attitude but in fact the gentleman that answered the phone named John was beyond helpful and was very quick with all that I needed help with. I’m not used to being treated with so much respect from an insurance company! Would definitely recommend!

Myisha is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasure speaking with her. She should be a branch or general manager that is how brilliant she is in the insurance business. I highly recommend her. Best experience with an insurance company in my 59 years of life.

Leah Byrne was super helpful with setting up my auto policy on the afternoon of Saturday, 2/25/2023. She explained everything, made the process quick and efficient, and her pleasant manner made the process a breeze. I would definitely recommend Leah to anyone for their auto insurance needs.

I got in touch with a lady by the name of Leah Byrne from this location who went above and beyond to help me. My problem was on going for over a week with numerous phone calls and emails trying to resolve my issue, I'm still waiting for a call from a Manager(not from this location) regarding my issue a Escalation email was sent out still no response. Thanks for going above and beyond Leah I'm so appreciative for what you did Good Job!!

Worst experience my licensed was suspended for not paying allegedly last year i have been paying insurance for months and insurance took my money had me drive with suspended licensed come to find out i actually paid and its all their fault just care about money they dont care about people
