The staff at Dodge’s Chicken are always so friendly and welcoming! Every time I stop in, they greet me with a smile and make me feel like a valued customer. The service is quick, and they always go out of their way to be helpful, whether at the counter or when I have a question. On top of the great service, the chicken wings are delicious and their breakfast selection is excellent.

I had a very disappointing experience at this check cashing location. The service was incredibly slow due to a clear lack of staff — I waited over 45 minutes just to verify my identity and cash a payroll check. For it to only not to happen.
What made it worse was the attitude and faces I received. Instead of being treated like a customer, I felt like I was being interrogated or doing something wrong. I understand the need for verification, but there’s a respectful and professional way to handle it — and this wasn’t it.
If this location wants people to keep using their services, they seriously need to hire more staff, improve their customer service, and stop treating regular working folks like criminals for cashing a legitimate check. I won’t be returning to this establishment ever.

Spent over 20 dollars on chicken and asked for ranch and she gave me one ranch and told me she has to charge for it .. that’s crazy . After spending that much money on chicken I expect some sort of dip so I don’t choke on this dry chicken lol will get sauce else where thanks

this is the nastiest gas station i have ever been to. The womens bathroom was destroyed and had pills all over the floor. I told the cashier and she didn't even seem to care. Will not return.

I asked about multiple holds on my card after pumping gas. The manager was immediately dismissive, condescending, and rude. Left with no resolution.

Gotta give it to Anthony and the young lady he was working with!! Holiday week ? A saturday? Busier than all get out and only 2 people scheduled !! And he was in good spirits and joking around! I am sure management will have 9 people on a monday!! Great job yo those 2!!!
