Would give it ZERO FUCKING STARS if I could. DO NOT RENT HERE. They let ALL THE RESIDENTS THROW COUCHES AND FURNITURE IN THE DUMPED AND SURROUNDING AREA, but when I decide to grill for the weekend, (because the pool that should be open is closed) and let it cool off for the night outside my complex (I love on the enclosed second floor) it gets thrown away.

Walked in for a tour and was greeted by Michelle. She was so nice and gave a lot of information about the property. There were so many people in the office but she was able to assist everyone and even offered a water

the number that I was given for "help" is the same number that never answers and when I clicked to speak to the property manager by the automated voice, it hung up on me several times. and in just the few days since I posted the last review, there has now been an infestation of rats in our comple, we have had to find out by not only seeing our brand new groceries eaten, but we ended up catching two 7-8 inch long rats, and both of those occasions happened in the same night so who knows how many more we are going to have to find in our apartment. other things such as the pool, clubhouse, and laundry facilities we can't use and charging $500 for dog waste when yall allow furniture to be thrown everywhere and trash to be everywhere?

Don't move here. Worst management I've ever experienced. Nothing but bugs and construction in this place. I got broken into... Unsafe area not worth the rent price.

Not the one to leave negative reviews, but enough is enough. Unfortunately had to give them a one star just to be able to post the review, however they deserve a (-)ZERO! Went to visit my son just to find out that he has not been able to use his closet since December 2020. The shelving unit and clothes hanger fell because they used a conduit pipe supported by brad nails on sheet rock walls. Nonetheless, after numerous work orders no one ever bothered to come and repair since it occurred. My son left 5+ work orders, which had all been canceled, without any explanation. Granted a closet is not considered an emergency, however there is no reason why it could not be repaired. Simple repairs like this one can either make or break an apartment complex, and it speaks a lot about the property managers which are always losing their paperwork or simply have a poor filing system. Regardless, no one should ever have to live out of the floor or suitcases to access their clothes just because management can't repair simple things properly or simply don't care because there's are not broken. Sad especially when rent is being payed on time and apartment is taken care of.

Look. I'm just happy that I was able to get approved for an apartment. This was the first apartment complex in Fort Walton to NOT give me grief for having a service animal that was over 65 lbs. I provided the property manager with the correct information she needed and nothing else was said. I appreciate that. All other apartment complexes told me I needed information that isn't required by the fair housing act or the ADA law. I gave the property 4 stars because I haven't had any major issues worth giving them a low rating. When they send out that they're doing an inspection I email and ask when it's supposed to happen so I have a general idea and so my dog is not in the apartment. It’s that easy.If I ever have any of the major issues that people are having like the hot water going out or air conditioning, honestly I'll probably ask if I can have the technician I know work on it and speak to them about how I can get reimbursed or if it’s possible for the cost to be taken out of my rent for the month. I'm used to doing things myself and then providing the apartment complex the information on what was done. It's faster. My neighbors are kind of loud sometimes and also some of the dog owners don't pick up their pets p**** I end up doing it just because I personally hate stepping in dog p**** But honestly that can be any apartment complex you go to.The other complaints I have are so minor. There's no fan in my bedroom but there's a light switch that goes to a ceiling light. I asked the property manager if I can buy the fan and the maintenance guy put it up, but I haven't heard back yet. (I don’t want to go ahead and do it because I don’t want to do something that’s not okay for my lease. I plan to stay here for a year or two. But I sleep hot and would love a ceiling fan to help circulate the air.) Also, there are no screens for the windows, but I'm just going to buy screens and put that in since it doesn’t require any drilling or anything. See easy fixes. All in all, I just mind my own business. I pay my rent on time and if something needs fixing I try to do it myself. I don't have any of the issues that everyone else is having and I'm happy where I am.

This apartment complex is absolutely awful. Within the first moment of opening the door to our new “home”, the place was flooded with water. The shower water pressure is terrible. WE GOT BROKEN INTO BECAUSE THE WINDOWS WERE UNLOCKED. The windows had holes in the glass. It constantly smells like weed. Roaches everywhere. The door to the spare room was broken and did not shut. Management takes a millennium to answer and if you have a complaint good luck, because it will not get taken care of for 6+ months. Absolutely disgraceful.

I am a resident here and honestly the complex itself of nice, kept clean, and management has definitely impressed me. Only glaring issue so far is the laundry facility… only 5 working washers and some residents here leave their laundry in the washers for a ridiculous amount of time, preventing others from being able to use it. I’ve had SEVERAL issues with needing to get work uniforms clean (I work 5 days a week, 9-6 mostly) and not being able to because someone’s clothes were just left there in the washer. Besides making sure you know of a good laundromat, the rest of the complex is fine, and I haven’t had any other issues. Not a big enough deal to keep someone from moving here, but can definitely be frustrating.

Roaches, all night banging, random water and power being turned off for whatever construction pops in their head and now they are paying for good reviews. Just looked at the one five star and noticed they gave a bunch of apartments a copy and paste five star. Place is trash.

Been here a year. They have changed management 3x since I've been here. Although this latest company has been the best of the 3, they have severally inconvenienced me and my household over the past month with renovations. They're even out there working on Saturday AND Sunday, so there is never any peace. I have to work over 50 hours a week and come home to banging and not being able to enter my home because they painted the floor. Today I come home to the water being off. No notice! And no way to reach anyone to find out how long before I can even shower after working all day. Will be moving ASAP!
