This is absolutely not a place you hope you ever have to use. BUT if you are in need of a collision center, I highly recommend checking with the team here. I was incredibly impressed with the consistent communication regarding my vehicle. I knew every step that was happening and prepped on the next step. My bumper and panels look amazing. Emerald Coast Collision is almost an hour away from me. After a mistake by a friend led to some slight body damage, I gathered a few quotes locally and then reached out to Tim Smith Acura who recommended Emerald Coast Collision. I made the drive down for an estimate and they were very kind and professional, and performed the estimate with an appointment. Their estimate was fair and even a little under what others had given me! We scheduled a drop off and I rented from Enterprise to drive back to Pensacola after the drop off. They took the time to reach out to management at Enterprise and let them know I was ready. After I was picked up and taken to Enterprise to sign, pay, and head home, Emerald Coast Collision kept me updated with each step of the repair process via text message, as well as answer replies to my questions! They let me know when my car was ready for pick up and the repairs looked as though nothing ever happened to my car! My car has a unique color and the repairs matched 100% to the rest of the body. They took an unexpected headache and stress in my life and turned it into a rather easy and stress-free process, thank you for your work and communication! I will definitely recommend you for future work!

Emerald Coast Collision was very professional from start to finish. The communication was phenomenal! I almost never had to call, never had to wonder what was going on with my car, and what were the next steps. The car came back looking great, paint match was perfect, and beyond clean, inside and out - not how it was delivered to them. And, friendly to boot. They dealt with the insurance, taking the stress so I didn't have to. Thank you, ECC, for all you did to get my car back to me in great repair without any fuss!

They did a great job working with the insurance company to get everything complete and even called enterprise to get me picked up. Great work! Painting color match was perfect and all sensors were tested. Car was washed and vacuumed.

Great service and they keep you up to date on the status of your car during repairs. They didn't have to but they detailed the inside of my car so my car felt clean and fresh when I received it. Will be reccomending this place to coworkers/friends. Thank you!
