Stopped by before closing for a quick pick up for my indicia strain and the store swiped my card multiple times and said “network error” after 3 swipes said to get cash. Of course the charges are showing on my account and it was the only card I had with me at the time. Very unhelpful, this is supposed to be an easy process. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

They offer specials for your birthdayThey even call and tell you about the specials and then I go to the store and they don't honor it. Then I call the main line and they put me on hold for 10 minutes then hang up. ☹

The staff is knowledgeable and they have great deals. Today it was 40% off cured sugar and 50% off .5g carts. Love it!

Don't let the fake reviews fool you.They are not going to win awards for Customer Service or their treatment of Vets anytime soon.Fortunately for us, unfortunately for them, this is a cutthroat market, and a semi-smaller town. Not to mention they are not even in an ideal location, and cherry on top, the MMTC 1 door down from them, doesn't even send their customers there.They send them to MUV.Things most likely will not change until new management.

Amazing team, really takes their time with people and shows they care. My grandpa is a ww2 vet and they really helped find some topical and drops for his pain. Love this store and highly recommend them.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT....If this is how they treat NEW customers I feel sorry for them all. As the wife of a PTSD veteran I have experienced a lot of difficult situation in our life. However, our experience with Fluent has to be one of the WORST by far experiences ever. My spouse was "new" to the entire experience, we both have never had a single experience with it before. I went with my spouse to the store, we were the only customers there originally, a gentlemen helped us out immediately, we talked through things with him and then placed and paid for order. 2 days ago he received a phone call with no number or name given (totally unprofessional) that he was BANNED from the store. As the spouse of a PTSD veteran this did not sit well with me, I made several calls to try to get an explanation, I was told that Ebony S. the DM would call us...NEVER HAPPENED, then I was told Mary A. would call us...NEVER HAPPENED. On one of my last calls I was told that an email was going out to the GM, DM and someone else, of course that never landed me a call either. I just wanted to understand what "he/we" did wrong that day at the store so it did not happen again. I have made 12 calls in past 2 days trying to get an answer. I WILL NOT EVER recommend anyone going there! As the spouse of a man who served our country I would hope there would be alittle more compassion and understanding. Lucky I was there to balance him out or this might have created a whole new issue for him.

I've been going to Fluent for a couple of years now for my medical marijuana needs, I really love how helpful and knowledgeable the staff are. If you're in the Fort Walton Beach area I highly recommend this location. Huge shout out to Jamie, the best in my opinion.

i’ve never left a google review before but i just had to because fluent is my favorite dispensary, always has great products, and the staff at this location in particular are so so so nice! Kourtney was the sweetest and went above and beyond in her service during my visit, i will def come back to this location just because of her and how amazing she was!!! HIGHLY recommend

Ebony S. knows her stuff, plus she is quick, efficient, and thorough... a combination very hard to find in an employee now a days! Ebony S. took the time to tell me my remaining recs, and even signed me back up for the Fluent rewards system. She is truly a great person who goes out of her way, and above and beyond the call of duty to assist customers. Thank you Ebony, always my favorite to see at Fluent!

By far the best product out of local options. Frequent shopper. Limited lines, quick service, and a great experience every time. The staff always looks out for me and makes me feel at home. Thank you Ebony and Josh for the great service every time! Will be back.
