Called needing service on my bike. Thomas picked up and talked with him. Ran by him what my bike was doing, not starting. Bro asked to listen to what at it was doing, and it started right up. He gave her the soothing words she needed. Actually though, good service from him and will definitely recommend.

Awesome customer service and nice gear selection! They really have something for every rider. Closest thing to cycle gear we have if you don’t want to drive an hour away. Pretty nice bikes available too, hoping I have enough for one soon haha
