Service department is the worst. I would never bring my car to this dealership if I wasn't forced to by my extended warranty. It takes over 1 month for any type of service, limited to non-existent communication, bad attitudes and lying.

The WORST dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They are single handedly responsible for me never buying another Ford. I’ve called them 100 times over a 1.5 year period to get a recall then care of. Most of the time no one answers. When I can finally get through to someone they keep “ordering” my parts and never calling me back. I called the region ford office and spoke to a customer service rep who also couldn’t get in touch with the dealership for 3 weeks. They finally got in touch with someone and connected me with a manager only for him to ghost me too. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dumpster fire. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

I dropped my vehicle off Monday at 3:30 for a 730 Tuesday appointment. It was supposed to be done Tuesday. All they needed to do was replace a battery Wednesday and I could come get it. They did not finish it until almost 5 o’clock, which left me no time to go pick up my car on Wednesday. I have extended warranty and other plans that allow for pick up and delivery. I was promised my car at 9:30 Thursday morning. I still do not have my car and it is almost noon. Every time I try to call I get voicemails. Angi was my service associate who was supposed to help me, I heard nothing from her. I left messages with Thomas, The service manager on Wednesday and Thursday-still have never heard from Thomas. I would never purchase a vehicle from this company as I cannot depend on their service department. So many things have gone wrong with this experience and I have yet to hear from a manager.Update: Vehicle was delivered to me, and it is now dented and scratched. I have called Gary Smith Ford to speak with someone and still have not heard back from them.

Terrible service department, parts department seems to know nothing about cars, the customers lounge is disgusting and they don't offer coffee to their guests. You can buy a cup from a 1950's vending machine though!

I have bought too many vehicles in my life. Mostly dealers, mostly average or below experiences, mostly not a thing I like to do, and mostly takes way too much time. These folks - down to earth, no pressure. Relaxed, sincereThen came - Tray and Andrew - deal was made without a bunch of drama. Few quick volleys- deal, handshake. - great guys.Spent a just bit more than I wanted - usually do. Acceptable deal.Paperwork guy - John - with his magic touch screen desktop - super efficient. They seem to value our time. One of the best vehicle trade experiences we have had. We would purchase there again. Cannot say that very often. Thank you. Hope the management of this place knows how well these folks represent the business. Check this place out if you looking for a vehicle.

Went in to give my rental cost to the repair shop. It took almost ten days to replace the cameras, and cap off a ventedd hose. I brought it in for the burnt out led brake light. Found out it was never ordered. I am glad a different person looked it up.

Absolutely one of the most abysmal experiences I have ever encountered, the lack of technical prowess, communication, empathy, and interpersonal communication skills demonstrated by all employees at this dealership still has me absolutely dumbfounded. Perfect representation of a dealership cliche near a military installation, and what’s wrong with the car industry in today’s market.I said what I said

Bought a used 2019 F250 Super Duty and called them to have the open recall taken care of for the camera system. Made the appointment 2 weeks in advance. Drove 45 minutes because they are the closest dealer only to find out they didn't have the parts and never even ordered the part. This is my first interaction with this dealership and last. I will drive over an hour in the opposite direction for any service needed.

I recently bought a 2021 Ford F150, XLT from Gary Smith dealership, as a former car salesman for Audi. I knew what to expect buying a car, and Andrew Jackson and Logan made the experience effortless. I still can’t believe how easy it was from the sales side, to the finance side. It is rare for a sales person to listen to what I needed and not what they could sell me. Andrew, wrote down what I wanted and said I’ll be right back with the truck, and I absolutely love it. It ticks all the boxes for what I was looking for. They have earned a customer for life.

Parked my car into the service area where it said to, no one came out like at Toyota so I went in for a recall do the papers I went to the waiting room I was used to Toyota having coffee and some snacks they had no coffee just small bottles of water and crackers or Doritos, shut down the TV was on but how many middle-aged people want to sit and watch Jerry or Maury show they could have had a News channel or the do-it-yourself channel sod it was disgusting people would get up leave but then they had to come back if they wanted to sit down I'm glad I'm getting rid of my Ford

We bought a used car from here. We should have read the reviews before even deciding to go with Gary Smith Ford. Purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruz for our teenage daughter back in April Jeremy is the one who sold it to us. It’s now August and my daughter has maybe had it in her possession for a couple of weeks. The rest of the time it has sat in their service department. We had it for a total of 2 days when the check engine light came on and the A/C stopped working and it over heated. They called us a week later to pick it up. Two days after driving it smelled like something was burning smoke came pouring out of the engine and the A/C quit working again. Brought it back in service department had it for a few weeks took forever to get it back. Few weeks later here we are again back in because the check engine light is on again. Took them about a week to look at it quoted us $1,700 to fix the catalytic converter is going in it. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! If you do make sure you triple check it by another mechanic. They should feel ashamed of themselves!!! Horrible service!!

SCAM Dealership. Please find a better place read every review on this place before purchasing. I bet you will second guess yourself before purchasing. They only lie to get your money… Got me for my cash for a Jeep Wrangler that shouldn’t even be allowed on the road. They might look like a nice fancy dealership but that’s just the coverup for all the shady stuff they sell you

Service Department is great. Sales, I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. While waiting for our vehicle to be serviced, we were talking with a nice older lady and her daughter. They were looking at an Escape and they told her her trade was only worth $2,000 as it was in bad condition and they would have to send it to the Auction and $2,000 is all they would get. I told the nice lady I would gladly give her $3,000 for it. When the salesman returned, she explained that she wouldn't trade it as another customer would give her $3,000. The salesman told her she would lose the sales tax trade benefit so it wouldn't be worth it for her. I told him her tax benefit at $2k is $140, so she's still only getting $2,140 from by trading it in. This is where it got good, all of the sudden, the truck they had no choice but to send it to auction earlier in the conversation, now Gary Smith wanted the trade!! Wow, what quick change of heart. Then the sales manager, Rusty Chambers, came out and actually asked me to stop advocating for the customer and I was being rude.So trying to help an older person on a fixed income by offering her 30% more for her vehicle was rude? No ride was trying to take advantage of an older person. This is not the Gary Smith treatment we've been accustomed to since our first purchase in 1996 and many since then. Again, Service Department and parts are Great.
