My daughter and I were lucky enough to have found a few items on our list. The store was as organized as I’d expect. It was pretty clean and didn’t have an unpleasant odor like some of the reviews I’ve read. The staff behind the counter were friendly. Overall a pretty successful trip of thrifting!

This Goodwill is very unorganized and has a nasty smell. Workers smoke in the back and it trails inside. Feels dirty. Everything behind the counter is a premium.

Just dropped off several large trash bags full of brand name teen and kids clothes. The staff was so rude. I had several furniture items, a chaise lounge that my cats clawed in one spot, they said they didn't want it, I said ok no big deal, donated an upholstered day bed which they took but then I had a headboard that was 6 months old in perfect condition and the lady said they can't take it unless it comes with a bed frame....? That makes no sense at all. I told her this is the way I ordered it, this was all the pieces. It is a full size upholstered headboard with 2 legs and brackets to attach it to a bed frame, she said unless it comes with a bed frame we can't take it. I wish I hadn't already unloaded the rest of my stuff because I would have rather donated to somewhere else. Also no tax receipt, this person literally acted like they worked at a dump and were unloaded peoples trash. Don't donate here, the people at Waterfront mission were happy to take the headboard and chaise lounge, they actually commented how nice it was. They are a much better organization and much more deserving of your donation than this goodwill!

Love this hidden gem! It’s kind of tucked away so maybe a lot of people don’t see it (which is great, more treasures for me to find) It looks small but it delivers! The prices are not bad at all and I always find something there - a lot of something’s usually. The staff I’ve encountered are always so friendly and helpful too. Easy to donate and then go and shop for more. Just all around great

I bought an item and they sold it to someone else. Josh the key holder showed to be completely incompetent and offer no compensation or help. I will never purchase or donate here again. Things make also contain roaches and pests. Be sure to inspect your purchases

Rude staff, no dressing rooms, high prices.Stood in line today to purchase one item. Finally got to the cashier only to be told the credit card machine wasn't working! Could have told that to the people waiting in line!

The rudest staff. The big man manager (Josh maybe?) Extremely rude. Their cashiers will ring up things without a tag for select items. They rang up an item without a tag. I had another item without a tag, brought a similar item to scan and they said they couldn't because they didn't know how much it was. Soooo...they can make up a price for certain things and others they just won't sell. And...no fitting roomsThis place just needs to close.

This place sucks its not organizednever have the staff is rude there is always only one cashier and did i mention the staff is rude was shopping the other night (sunday) and an employee was screaming at 10 after 5 that they close at 6 pm and every one needs to be out at 5:55pm i have woeked retail for the last 15 years 7 of those for 2 differnt goodwill companys and never did we kick out customers out before we closed its craziness this place sucks needs new leadership and better employees!

Most racist store in Fort Walton Beach . The store manager needs to be fired. I came 10 mins before 8 o’clock to purchase a suitcase and I left my wallet in my car and went back for it and she locked the store and went away and instructed the workers not to open it. I recommend that she be demoted or sent somewhere else.

I saw an ottoman with no price on it....I asked for assistance, the woman was about to help, but Rocky told her he needed her help loading or unloading items. I understand they could be busy, but I was in the store to buy something. Isn't that what's its all about?recap.....went back today and purchased the ottoman for 14.99. Thank you ladies for your help today

Bitter people work there and they take the “donation” money from your card without asking if you want to donate it.So I used to buy in this store almost every weekend, but like 2 days ago I went to this store to buy, we went to the toys and I told my 2 girls that they can take a toy each to buy them, they grabbed a type small car and were riding in the store while I was looking for something for myself, I didn't have Not even 5 minutes when this lady named April came to me and told me that my daughters couldn't ride in the cars for the safety of themselves and others, something that I understood but before I said anything, she told me that she had told me and that I hadn't done anything, I was very confused not knowing what to say because I had barely arrived, apart from the fact that my English is not good, and I was telling my girls that they had to get off the cars but this lady she herself took the carts from my girls, one 2 years old and the other 4 years old, and told me that I had to leave the store, and I told her that I was going to buy the carts and she just told me "I know" so I supposed she was going to give them to me but no, she took them away and my girls started crying because of the carts. I really can't believe that there are people like her, she didn't even let me tell my girls that they couldn't ride in the store anymore on the carts and be able to buy them. I will definitely not return to this store nor will my family, which is a lot. disgusting person! oh and she was yelling that i had to leave the store and everyone was looking at me like i did something.
