We were pleased with our experience buying from Raven. She demonstrated initiative in reaching out to us and patiently answered questions. She kept in touch with us throughout the process. Longggg review***I bought a 2021 sonata from here with 20,000 miles. I asked several times during the sale if I could take the vehicle to my mechanic to give it a look over and I was not allowed to do so, my salesman wouldn’t even let me drive the car for a few hours to see if it was the one I wanted, they wanted to close the sale and be done so they did their best to just hurry it up and get me out of the door with the car. A few weeks in I realized the brakes weren’t working right and called for service. Rachel, one of the service people, was extremely rude on the phone and I had to pretty much fight for a prompt appointment and a loaner to drive to work. Fast forward a month later and my blue link alerted me my transmission was having issues. It audibly clunked when shifted. I called Hampton and was lucky enough to get sweet Rachel again LOL, she was extremely rude once again and told me that she couldn’t get me in for over a week and they had no car for me to drive to get to work despite the transmission on my newly purchased car going out. She showed no remorse and was not helpful at all. I called back the next morning in tears and the manager told me to bring my car in and he would get me a loaner. They had my car for a month and a week to fix the transmission, during this time I had to pay out of pocket for $800 in rental cars to be able to go out of state because they told me I could not take the loaner they provided. When I finally got my car back I found that they had dented my driver side door, didn’t say anything about it and tried to pass it off to see if I noticed. I got my car 3 months ago, and Hampton has had it for a month and a half of that time. Now it has to go back again to have the door fixed, and I’ve asked to make that appointment several times with no response. Seriously the service department here is drowning, they are so busy that they can not provide good or even mediocre customer service, the service manager who appeared to be helpful in the beginning just hides in his office and won’t even communicate with me. Do yourself a favor and literally go anywhere else but here, they’re tired and they don’t care about you or your vehicle!Edited to add: I finally got my door fixed a few weeks ago, and now today the transmission is going out again. Nobody seems to care much, it seems like an everyday occurrence for them. I brought my car in immediately after the problem started again and the service manager spoke to me this time, but he did not apologize for the inconvenience or it happening a second time, in fact he seemed skeptical and definitely didn’t hold back on letting me see that. It’s like they think I’m doing this for fun. -100 out of 10 do not recommend.

Jeremey was amazing and kind! I have now used him for both cars getting serviced and will be back next week to do the recall part on my car that I totally forgot about it was on recall until he reminded me!!! Thanks for your wonderful customer service and will recommend you

I went to buy a horn actuator for my car. The price they quoted me was $50. I got it for $10-$13 online and $24.46 from another dealer. They will deliver it in 2 days. I don't want to say anything else. Just a ROLE....

I had the honor of getting Miles as my car salesman. I went in there with a very forward mind set due to a past dealing with another dealership. I did not think I would end up with my dream car, but Miles ans Carly made it happen. I was very impressed with the finance team as they went over everything on the contract in detail and answered every question I had. I would 10/10 recommend this dealership. I was impressed with how professional, yet relaxed this dealership was. Thank you to Hyundai Hampton for seeing me as a human and not as just another commission check.

I brought my car in because the driver's side door window would not roll down and also the handle was missing the electronic button for unlocking the car (the small black square button you push to unlock the car from the outside). I dropped my car off and they called me later to explain the issue and costs. For the window, they said they needed a new motor and a new regulator for the window. They did not provide me with a written estimate, so I will have to round the numbers. For the parts ONLY for the regulator and motor is was nearly $1100 and that did not include the diagnostic or the labor. For the door handle it was around $600 because they said I needed a whole new door handle for the little plastic button. My 1st question was why I needed a new motor in the window because I could hear it working when I tried to roll the window up. She then told me that the motor "was going to go out very soon". How could anyone possibly know that?! Additionally, I asked why they couldn't replace the button on the door but instead needed to replace the entire door handle when I could see there was a screw on the side of the door handle that allows you to take that part of the handle off. She didn't have an answer for that and said that's just what the tech recommended. So I declined the service in favor of getting a 2nd opinion. I would like you to know that I took my car to a local workshop and they were able to replace the regulator in the window which was broken, they said the motor worked just fine, and replaced the button in the door for a grand total of $704 using certified Hyundai parts. And they took 3 days from the time I called them to have it completed. That is less than the cost of one PART from Hampton Hyundai. Your service is deplorable and dishonest to a remarkable degree. Now I will be giving a 5 star review to the service place that just won my business for the future.

I left the service waiting room to look at the new cars outside when I was approached by Raven. She new I wasn't trying to buy a car but she talked to me anyway. Raven was nice and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. Our conversations as if we were friends made me want buy a car from her. When Raven and the sales manager teamed up and made me a deal, I became a customer immediately. My buying experience was awesome.

Brent was so helpful! My car decided to die and with no backup vehicle, I was in a very stressful situation worried about how I was going to get to work. He helped set me up in a new vehicle that is perfect for me very quickly and gave me some great deals! 10/10 recommend!?

Janee and Carly were awesome they were so helpful in getting me in a car after finding out my engine was shot they worked for hours to make sure I could get in a new car same day in my budget I definitely recommend you go see Janee she will get you taken care of.

I had the best experience ever here at Hampton Hyundai. I never thought I get into a beautiful car with my credit. Raven was phenomenal!!!! She was with me every step of the way she was fun had all the answers. And the crew at Hampton Hyundai really make you feel like family. There very fast and accurate and amazing!!!! I would recommend going to this amazing dealership and asking for Raven!!! Thank you so so so much Hampton Hyundai you guys are the absolute best !!!!!!!

Janee’ was amazing to work with! She was super helpful and patient as we made our decision on which car to purchase. Unlike some salesmen that make you feel pressured, she was willing to answer any questions and give us time to decide without feeling rushed. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to ask for her personally!!
