I love this gym. My lady and I always make sure to stop by when we’re in Destin. Dave is super cool and accommodating.I did catch a case of swoh-lee-oh-sis.. which is a condition resulting from working out at a real gym.

Affordable monthly membership, and they have all the equipment you could need for anyone serious about training. One more free squat rack and maybe a hip thrust machine would make solid additions to an already great gym. Open 24 hours for members!

This is a no frills, old school gym... we have two or three machines per body part and thousands of pounds of free weights, Dumbbells up to 150. It’s not pretty or shiny but it works. We’re not a franchise trying to Lure you in at a low price just to pack them in by the thousand.If you’re serious stop by and check us out if we meet your needs great, if not we encourage you to keep looking. We’re not going to sell you on something you don’t want. We’ll leave that up to the franchise... thanks
