I would never use Harris again. Everytime I have a question, they simply can't answer it and /or give me fake or "assumed" answers (Thank you, Carol for just "assuming" how my policy functions) They don't care what sort of policy they are selling you and do not highlight serious problems with the policies they pawn off. They don't have answers about housing or roofing situations that can seriously affect or even cancel your premium. I'm so frustrated every time I call! Oh, and they just sell you insurance, they don't actually handle claims or do anything more useful, so don't expect help when a crisis strikes. I will be finding a new insurance company not sold by some middleman like you as soon as possible, Harris.

Natalie at Harris was able to find me better coverage for a better price that my new employer is requiring on short notice. This involved packaging Home, Auto and Umbrella coverage with several different restrictions/options for each. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the different ways to achieve what my employer had requested. In the end she made everything work better than I hoped. I would recommend Harris for all insurance needs.
