Great beachfront location. Beautiful views....Beautiful pool outdoors also they had a hot tub that was nice. Indoor pool was heated. Check in was a breeze. You do have to pay to park and breakfast is not complimentary but with so much around it was fine. Will stay again.

We had our wedding here and it was truly a dream come true! We LOVED our oceanfront hotel room. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were all kind and respectful, the hotel restaurant had amazing breakfast/lunch/dinner options, and the gorgeous view made our experience truly unforgettable. Aside from our dream come true wedding, the hotel has amazing amenities including the tiki bar, indoor and outdoor pools, gym, and lazy river/waterfall. Our family said they want to return for future vacations! We cannot wait to return for our anniversaries!

This hotel is dirty. The first floor where you check-in is great but our toom was NOT clean and the hallways on the third and fourth floors smell like pee (likely from animals since it is a pet friendly hotel). The bartender is awesome, breakfast mediocre, coffee bar was amazing, and it has a great snack area. Purchasing items at the snack area is SLOW at front desk since only one desk can take cash and its credit card system is slow and finally had to just lay $20 for $7 worth of items on desk so I could make it to appointment.Checking out was easy but didn’t offer nor print my receipt. It only has heated pool on inside BUT the Holiday Inn next door has a heated pool and you can walk to it very easily from the Hilton. The other half of our group stayed at the Holiday Inn and loved it.Overall, I was very disappointed with this Hilton Garden Inn and will NOT stay here ever again!Rooms: DIRTY!!! Our foot stool had bite marks from a dog.Walkability: You can walk to the Holiday Inn and use its heated pool and arcade.

I'm currently staying at Hilton & the stay hasnt been the greatest. When I arrived on Sunday, Feb. 18th, I was told that the outside heated pools were broken, bummer because thats one thing I was looking forward to. Room was good except the frig wasnt getting cold, so eventually it was replaced with a smaller one. The heat barely works & was really loud when trying to heat the room, I barely got any sleep, needless to say the heat eventually went out & no one came to fix it...luckily I brought a heated blanket. On yesterday, February 19th...my birthday day, I woke up to no water. I couldn't shower, wash my face, etc. That was a health hazard to have no running water available but I used the bottles of water in the room to brush my teeth & wash my face. Alot of amenities just weren't available that I was looking forward to & the heated pool was the main one. The indoor heated pool was not 80 degrees...it was luke cool at best, so I couldn't enjoy that either. I hate my birthday weekend & day has been such a drag but the room over all was nice, the view was amazing & the hotel staff were nice. I received half off for the day the water went out & got a few extra hours to stay after check out. Hopefully Ill get comped for no internet & no heat because it does get cold at night. I would have had an enjoyable birthday stay if there were heated pools, heat in my room & constant internet & running water. Its a nice hotel just need to fix some things.

I booked this hotel because of a business function that I was attending at the hotel. It was also my wedding anniversary weekend, so I flew my wife in with me. I splurged a little by upgrading the room to a King-suite with a view of the water. The view was absolutely amazing, but (in my opinion) the room was not worth the cost. I've paid less for better. However, I must point out that the service was excellent from housekeeping, the staff in the restaurant, to the front desk (especially Jonique who literally searched out/found some of those amazing cookies from the banquet). I'm not much of a breakfast person but the breakfast was really good.Rooms: The upgraded rooms need to be upgraded (to match the cost).Nearby activities: The hotel is in a great location.Food & drinks: The restaurant in the hotel is really good.

Very disappointing for the $3600 we spent here!! TV kept going out (called multiple times, said they'd place a work order but no one ever came in 14 DAYS!!!), Loud AC unit, Ice Machine was out one of the days, Washing Machines were out the whole time and we were told to lug our clothes over to Holiday Inn to use their machines - VERY INCONVENIENT!, Internet Wifi in and out or down the whole 14 days, Pool and hot tub not up to par first few days, then they shut it down and finally was able to use last half of second week we were there, Front desk staff was not at all friendly - NEVER acknowledged us/Welcomed us/never even made eye contact with us the whole time we were there and we passed the desk daily. Housekeeping was the only staff that actually acknowledge us, asked how we were and responded promptly to our needs. Never thought about eating at the restaurant there because staff seemed very unhappy in their positions. One of the only things that was nice about this hotel was the view from our room. Never thought that a Hilton product could be so disappointing!!!

Honestly, this Hilton garden inn is not up to Hilton standards. I am here on a business trip so first thing first. The internet connection is horrific. I couldn’t even get a webpage to load on my work laptop. Furniture in the room is old, run down, sticky, and rusted. The tv barely works because it’s constantly losing connection. Front desk said their maintenance team is aware of the issue. Staff is nice and bed is comfortable. The view of the gulf is great from the balcony. Lock on balcony door does not work so a latch was installed. The heat/air conditioning unit has rust everywhere. Digital key does not work on the doors. When someone closes their room door, the walls shake. My stay here isn’t close to being over. Will not be staying here again upon a return business trip. Seems the 3rd floor is the rough floor from the other comments. My room is on the third floor. Also, I let the shower run for 10 minutes with the handle turned all the way to hot and the water was room temp.

Parts of the hotel were a little rough but not a deal breaker. The staff was great! The location has to be 5 stars since it's directly on the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel on the beach, staff and accommodations are nice. Room had a few issues like lights not working, hotel showing It's age.

This is only day one of our vacation. We brought a hypoallergenic toy poodle very well mannered. We checked the rules on having dogs and dining areas downstairs and it said we could have our pup as long as it was controlled and on a leash at all times will need just to say they kicked us out without finishing our breakfast. Not very happy!!!

It was the worst experience.. Usually my children and I stay next door at the sister hotel Holiday Inn Resort and we actually LOVE it there but figured hey, this is a Hilton so let's give it a try! Taking this trip has turned into a complete nightmare, even two days later so let's get started.. When we first arrived I spoke to the manager, Isabelle, to put in a complaint about our room. We were on the third floor and our entire room was falling apart, I'm taking tables, cabinets and floors! Also, no room service here and the restaurant doesn't have a kid menu. Also, the service was horrible as far as trying to get a hold of the restaurant and beyond. Isabelle said she would offer my kiddos free dinner vouchers for that evening and the food was delicious. But, late that evening my son, who is severe special needs, got hurt on their furniture that was falling apart and he cut his foot open and now it's extremely infected. I couldn't even send him to school today and I couldn't go to work because he's home! Like how did all this happen with just trying to have a Staycation? I'm in overwhelming stress over here!! It was the absolute worst experience and my kids would say the same.
