Home Depot has quality products to offer. Only reason I’m giving three stars is because the lack of communication between delivery process and store. Bought a fridge that was bigger than standard doorway. To make sure this was ok I spoke to the delivery personnel about removing doors. Was told that was no problem. Delivery shows up and they refuse to remove doors while reminding me how many deliveries they have. Aa if it would take too much time. Returned to store and was treated as if this was my fault for not measuring. Not a good look.

I love Home Depot! The staff is always helpful, providing top-tier service whenever I have questions. Plus, they offer fair prices, making it a great shopping experience overall.

My only complaint is they don't have any American made tools. But it's close by, and the prices are reasonable. The stuff they do have is good quality, not the best, but good. You get more for your money there.

A solid four-star commendation for Home Depot. The store reliably offers an extensive range of products, and the staff generally provides helpful assistance. While the overall experience is positive, occasional improvements in service consistency and wait times could elevate the rating to a five-star level. Nonetheless, Home Depot remains a go-to destination for home improvement needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This review is long overdue but well-deserved so I want to make sure the right people get recognition. Long story short, I made an online purchase for a refrigerator and unfortunately it was the wrong size for our kitchen. After immediately contacting the online division, they said they would not be able to work with us and to try and go through the Fort Walton location directly with the manager to see if we could work something out. I am SO thankful my first call was with Amber at that location who said she would work with the manager for me to help me refund and swap refrigerators. She promptly followed up and referred us into the store for our next steps who was with Ken in the Appliance Dept. He listened to us and our story and even though it was an unlikely situation, he still sought out Amber at the front to further coordinate and assure us the swap could be done. Instead of simply turning us away like the online division did and saying it couldn’t be done, Amber and Ken were sympathetic and empathetic to our situation (as well as the ASM) and resolved our matter in a matter of days. I legitimately wanted to cry walking out of the store as I was so thankful being a first time homebuyer with limited funds at this point. Amber and Ken were both so patient and this level of customer service is almost unheard of today. Because of them, I am loyal to Home Depot and shopping in-store from now on at the Fort Walton location. They deserve more than a raise! I have not experienced such a level of great customer service in years. On top of it all, the local delivery also prepped our new refrigerator completely while the online warehouse delivery still had most of our delivery in plastic wrap and boxed (including the handles to our refrigerator). In conclusion, thank you so much to the Fort Walton Beach location for working with us in a painless process much to the thanks of Amber and Ken!

Braden, the pro services customer rep is the finest in the state. I know this because our company, All In Construction and Cleaning, owned with Teddy Montgomery, goes all over the state and primarily use home depot for any last minute materials.Every time we come to Fort Walton, Braden remembers us by name. Yesterday his co-worker showed me the pro services appreciation give away bucket and we dropped our name in and we won!!!SO COOL! Braden, great job, as always!

Staff there are better than the staff at Lowe's. They are more friendly and helpful.
