“Store is great...I shop there a lot. Disappointed in the Rigid Power tools though. Purchased a 6 gallon pancake compressor, started leaking under warranty. Called Rigid twice and both times they provided a service vendor that does NOT support Rigid products. Third time waited 1.5hrs on the phone to be told I have to drive 1.5hrs to have it serviced and they will not replace. I will not buy another Rigid product.”
