Ms. Connie is the best. Since I started coming to this location I have been using Ms. Connie for my drop off services and she always gets my return field without any issues. She does a good job of following up if she is missing documents or have questions. Will be using her again next year.

It was quick n easy except for the fact I wasn't informed of how much I'm getting back if any at all n that doesn't set well with me. I've used H&R Block many times n I've always left knowing how much I was getting back if any at all.

Being my first time with a small business, alot of this was very confusing. Mrs. Green explained everything so I could understand everything that was going on. Also would like too add that a woman named Mara that works there as well was a huge help as well. Great team you guys have there.
