“Originally I went to Aurum Jewelry to get a quote on 4 gold rings I wanted to sell. Richard provided a quote. Before we completed the transaction, I changed my mind about selling one of the rings and I asked if he could possibly repair it instead. He said he could.
We agreed on a new quote for the 3 rings and Richard repaired the 4th ring beautifully… adding a smoky quartz gemstone that I wanted, rebuilding the prongs and re-shaping the “ring” part to its original form. Throughout our interaction Richard was attentive, patient and specific about the updates he could do. He also cleaned my wedding ring set while I was there and within a week I was able to pick up my repaired ring with which I am quite happy!”
