The store is a complete disaster, the people working in the store are nice but are always walking around just saying what needs to be done, while nothing gets done. The inventory is horrible and always out of stock or you have to dig though boxes that haven't been unpacked.
Don't waist your time here and just go to the Destin store.

I think this is a great store and the employees are very nice. Of course, they aren't overly friendly then they would be fake, wouldn't they? All these complaints, some from out of town, is a possibility they won't be back. A local customer has a different view. If this place gets shut down because of bad reviews, customers will have to travel farther. I don't believe all I hear, half I see and none of what I read. My Dad taught me that and he was a wise man. The bad reviews need to stop. These people get up and come to work everyday, that says a lot.

Thankfully we are only in town for a short time and I don't have to use this store all the time. Workers are rude or incompetent. Older lady who 'runs' the cutting area is nasty to customers and other workers. Checkout personnel can't listen and comprehend phone numbers or use the coupons off your phone correctly. Old run down store and finding things that the app says they actually have in stock is ludicrous. They will argue with you as to why even there system says it's in stock but it's not on the shelf. Go elsewhere if you can.

Never had any issues with this store until today. My wife called twice and was put on hold. The first time was over 10 mins. ,and the phone hung up. The second time was over 5 mins. , and the phone hung up. I called back and asked to speak to the manager. The woman said, she is the assistant and asked what do I need. So I told her what happened to my wife , and instead of defusing the situation she snapped back at me stating, " she was not hung-up on" . To cut to the chase. She eventually blamed it on the phone system , and was still rude. There's other store , but I won't give my business to this one ,again.
