SxS owners BEWARE !!!! I took my SxS here because they were close to have an insurance claim repair. At first, I was told the only one mechanic that "they" feel safe in working on it was about ten days behind. As it was really too warm to ride, I didn't mind waiting. After two weeks, I called for updates and even stopped in every once in a while for progress checks. Every time I received some sort of excuse, why it's never been brought in for inspection. After a month, it finally made it in for inspection to find out the trusted mechanic needed to teardown the back of the engine to find out what was wrong with it. 12 hrs of labor costing 2,500$ just to see what was wrong?????? Insurance was paying, so I said go ahead. Two days later, I called for an update, finding out the mechanic still had not even started. By this time, it is now Aug 29, 2024, I dropped the SxS off July 22, 2024. Unfortunately, the mechanic at no fault of his own had to leave for 2 months, and the guy at the service desk asked me if I wanted to wait till he returned. Needless to say, I didn't wait. I went straight over, picked it up, and drove to Pensacola motor sports, dropped it off, and had it back in under a week with a 188$ bill. K&M, you need to send your mechanics to school or send them to get trained by Pensacola motor sports if you want to have business from the SxS community. I will steer everyone I talk to from coming to your business for repairs. It's just a SAD experience all the way around. I'm never going here again for anything, and if you have a SxS and want quality, timely, and non price qouging repairs, you wont either.

Such a terrific experience!!!! Bought a Seadoo Switch and Greg took the time to go over everything we needed to know. He even went above and beyond to hand-wash it himself before we arrived and made a youtube video. When we hooked it to our truck our trailer light adapter that we brought didn't work and John came out to help us and gave us a new one.
Every part of our experience was A+++. We will certainly be back! Highly recommend.

Is it true? Customers who purchased a Can-am cycle can no longer have Service, Warranty or anything else performed at your place of business? Does that I'll have to drive out of town for everything?

Went to several Seadoo dealerships in the region and Greg with KM Cycle and Marine were by far the most helpful and knowledgeable. Large selection to choose from. They certainly take customer service seriously. Will drive the extra miles in the future to work with Greg and this dealership.

Our Seadoo is currently in the process of being repaired. Hopefully our extended warranty that we purchased from KM Cycle & Marine works like it should. Will keep everyone posted. The gentleman was nice thus far.

Daniel sold me a side by side and he was by far one of the most competent and polite salesman I have dealt with recently. John was able to help me out with some technical stuff after the purchase. Great place to shop all around. I have bought 3 recreational vehicles from this place and will be going back for more.

These guys have been awesome. I bought two new seadoos from them. One of our skis had an issue the first week. The service department got it in, fixed it and back out within 48 hours. That’s the kind of service you want when you spend large sums of money on items and something goes wrong.
