I went to Kohl's to purchase a firestick/roku type interface for an older TV. Found them in a locked glass case but after looking for an employee on the second floor of the building, I was unsuccessful. Hate that these stores have cut staff so much that there is no available help. No wonder the local businesses are hurting. I went to Wal-Mart and purchased the item. I don't think I will be doing business at Kohl's anymore.

Okay, so I haven't been to Kohl's in 4 to 6 weeks at least. But I went yesterday and was surprised, not only on how high on the prices have been jacked up, but those Kohl's coupons are not being accepted on many of their items. I went to the register with a pile of clothes for myself and my son. I couldn't use my 30% off coupon on a single item. Nothing. Disappointing, to say the least. Not my go to store anymore. Sad.

Limited offerings and messy store. Had trouble finding my average size in every style. Looked like a lower income neighborhood, which affects store styles.

Staff always greets me when I walk in, store manager is the best, place is kept neat and clean, sometimes there’s a long line mostly on the weekends.
