While the mechanics at Lee do a good job, the service department managers are a bunch of weasels. I wanted to purchase a used 2019 Nissan Frontier which had been in an accident. However, I wanted Lee to do a pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle and tell me what needed to be done to bring the vehicle into safe compliance (which they did for $188.27). Lee gave me a list of what needed to be done (e.g., new transmission cooler, new cross tie bar, etc. due to front end damage) to bring the Frontier into compliance. I took the vehicle back to the dealership selling me the Frontier and they repaired the deficiencies.I returned to Lee to get confirmation that the work had been done to their satisfaction, which it was and for which I paid an additional $188.27.Then my insurance company wanted verification that certain items were working (which Lee stated were working in their inspection (e.g., Horn, Wipers, Headlights, Taillights, etc.) and I brought Lee the document that the Insurance company wanted confirmed, however, the weasels at Lee refused to fill out the document because they didn't do the work on the vehicle, even though the document didn't reference any of the repairs that Lee did and even though Lee did state on their invoice that these items were in working order.If you don't mind dealing with weasels, then I could recommend them. Otherwise, I would go somewhere else (which I shall do in the future).

NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. The sales people I worked with mislead me and forced me into buying a vehicle that I was not prepared to buy. They allowed me to come back the next day with the potential of bringing a cosigner after I signed some documents. They did not tell me that I was signing a binding contract. When I didn't have a cosigner, they told me I was locked into the contract at a high interest rate. The prior service 13F fister and sales manager was very shady and wouldn't help me out even though none of the paperwork and contract had been processed or submitted. They were not able to get me out of a contract that I did not know I was signing even after talking to the 51% owner of the dealership. I will never do business with this dealership again.

I tried on several occasions to buy a vehicle through Mazda with extreme difficulty. I knew from the start I should have just gone to Lee where I take my Xterra for service, and, it was very easy. Eric was great, and the deal was fair. I feel like they never got pushy with me and were very patient with my questions. Overall, I highly recommend them and will definitely refer friends to them.

Always satisfied 100% with the Customer Care, the Sales Staff and the Service Department. Connor our sales person was on top of everything and gave us great information during the buying process as well as sending info to maintenance with pictures and videos. Prompt replace from serive with an appointment date and time.

We recently ran into an electrical problem with our car while on a long holiday weekend. We had the car towed to Lee Nissan, left a note, and dropped the keys at the service department. Hoping for the best, we drove a rental home.We were so pleasantly surprised by the communication and attention to detail of the team at Lee Nissan. Elise in the service department was in immediate communication with us the next day. She sent us details of our problem, and got the problem fixed for us to pick up the next weekend.Even though we were hundreds of miles away during the repair process, we felt like we were in the loop on what was going on and were able to eventually drive away with a repaired car at a fair price. Thanks Elise!

Online marketing was in touch; Brittany is the reason we ever came out to your establishment. Warmly greeted upon arrival. Zach, our sales rep, was informative, responsive to our questions, and courteous entire time. He was good at letting us know what to expect moving forward and made closing as comfortable as possible. Steven, Finance, was extremely efficient, polite, and informative... he definitely went the extra mile for us with completed informations and actually followed up with some additional innovative money-saving actions. That's all I got to say.

Elise was a great service provider and the team at Lee Nissan helped save my vacation!We were on a road trip, and due to heavy AC use and the extreme hot temps this month of July 2023, my AC stopped working. We were worried as we were far from home, not very familiar with the location, and concerned about timing to get the issue fixed fast.I searched a Nissan dealership and scheduled an online appointment. I met with Elise, who was so friendly, so helpful and informative to help me address concerns about my AC. She carefully explained different parts and diagnostics for my AC issue.They were able to fix my issue in a few hours, had the parts in stock, and worked on my vehicle while we hanged out in the lobby for a while. It was a comfortable atmosphere to wait in.We received our Vehicle back, AC working great, friendly service for the situation and barely put a crimp in our road trip plans. I'm very thankful for the service provided by Elise and Lee Nissan service providers that day! Thank you!

Thank you Lee Nissan service dept! Evan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. If it hadn’t been for his demeanor and suggestions to help me with my issue I would have chosen to go to a different mechanic. The people here care about their customers and work hard to do their best for them

I bought a 2016 Fiat 500 Pop yesterday. I had excellent service. Brian Howard was my sales person so informative. When first arrived Courtney Brower greeted me such enthusiasm gave me confidence and James McConnel , finance mgr got the numbers where I needed them. they were very trustworthy, Highly recommended!!!!

Great service. We r on vacation and we had problems with our Nissan we bought in pa. They got the part we needed. They went out of their way cause the part was at another dealer. We were at the end of our vacation and they made sure they got us in and fixed to get home safely. Shout out to “STEVE TUCKER” for making sure he got us our car back before we had to leave and the rest of the staff here. Great service and hospitality

Worry-free service. Over time I’ve come to trust the service team at Lee Nissan. My service technician is engaged in what he’s doing, has a great memory, and I trust him to professionally manage my truck’s maintenance. The mechanics do their job well, and he represents them well with good customer service. Sometimes they get busy and I have to wait, but knowing the work will be done right makes it worthwhile.
