I love this office the staff is efficient, professional, and so personable and helpful! Barbara is my absolute favorite tax preparer!!! Jack is also awesome ? I’m telling you I’ve used every Tex preparer out there and this particular location is the absolute best ! Trust me !

It’s going to be hard to put in a few words how much Barbara did to file for our tax returns. We were behind as a family and needed to get caught up. Three years of filings with 3 separate filers. To add to that she had a narrow deadline to meet. She communicated after hours and weekends to make sure we made the deadline of filing before the IRS cut off date. Barbara called me on the cut off date on a Saturday to let me know everything was accepted by the IRS. What a relief and and breathe of fresh air.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Barbara is amazing! We came into her office scared and somewhat hopeless about our taxes. Her knowledge and understanding of our situation was refreshing and her compassion was so comforting. She handled our entire situation so professionally, and we left full of hope! We will most definitely use her services for all our future tax needs.

Barb always is so helpful, she pays attention to every little detail and is efficient at making sure you get the most from your returns. She worked on my nys taxes and was extremely knowledgeable.

Very helpful and friendly. Second year using their services and they are very patient with me still not knowing exactly what to bring. No question is d*** and explanations aren't rushed. Barbara prepared them but everyone was nice.

I totally recommend Liberty Tax. Jack and the staff there are always pleasant. They're extremely knowledgeable in there field; provides helpful tax tips, and year after year I can depend on them to file my taxes without any issues.Thank you for such excellent service!

Excellent service, jack and misty we're more than helpful. They found all my W2s from 2020 to 2022 and filed all three years for me ,with nearly no info to go off of. Couldn't be happier!!!!

5 star experience in all categories! Everyone working was very kind to myself and my daughter, but I had the pleasure of working directly with Jack. I was impressed by his knowledge and experience in my more difficult tax situation. I will definitely be going back next year!
