I just moved here this week. I went to Lowe’s to purchase a lawn mower and grill, and let me tell you Leroy is the man very knowledgeable and fun to talk to . It was like I was having a conversation with one of my best friends Leroy you deserve a raise but at the least I can acknowledge you in this review thanks for all the info and Iove the grill! Will definitely be seeing you for all my new home upgrades O-H

It's Lowes, which means you won't find anybody to help you. If you do manage to find help, they are knowledgeable, which is nice.

Every time I have used this Lowe’s the staff has been outstanding. The guys in plumbing were really helpful back in March, and Tracy was very patient and exceptionally skillful in aiding me in a difficult situation with some blinds. In a day where good customer service is hard to find, this Lowe’s delivers every time.

Whoever said, "as straight as a board," hadn't been to Lowe's. Their lumber is terrible. It's warped, full of knots, dings and splits. One in 20 pieces might pass as almost usable. And the cost of this junk lumber keeps going up.

DO NOT USE THE KEY MAKER MACHINE AT THIS LOCATION!! I HAVE HAD TO COME BACK 3 TIMES ALREADY. ITS A 3RD PARTY VENDOR SO YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THIS RIGAMAROLE AND COUPON CODES AND CAN'T UNDERSRAND THE GUY ON THE OTHER END.

After a really bad experience with Home Depot purchasing a lawn mower, we requested a refund. Stopped by Lowes in Ft Walton and a gentleman by the name of LeRoy assisted us. Not only did he provide us with the mower we wanted, he matched the price of the one from Home Depot. He said it was not worth losing a customer over a few hundred dollars. He was super awesome, very friendly and helpful in our purchase. Would definitely recommend Lowes in Ft Walton for any of your needs!! And again, thank you LeRoy for being such an awesome sales associate and working with us. My husband has already mowed 6 lawns in our neighborhood because he loves his new Zero Turn Toro mower! Thanks again!

Normally it's 5 star but had a hard time finding an associate that knew where items were.
