Salesperson I spoke with was not rude, just overly pushing and a bit too aggressive with trying to get the sale. Again not rude, just didn't dig the vibe in there. Ending up buying from a different company in fort walton.

Very disappointed. I asked for a box spring and was sold a foundation box. It broke not even 4 months in. I was surprised to open it and see how poorly it was made.

Bad customer service for already bought products. They ignore your calls and messages. Certain people(Jordan)show good customer service before you purchase, but after that they totally ignore you if you have any problem with the item. And yes I agree with others, owner's daughter is totally rude.
