I don’t normally leave reviews, like ever. However, this store and ESPECIALLY this employee, Xavier, deserves all of the credit! He was so knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and patient with me while I was deciding on what type of mattress would work better for me. When it came down to making a decision and purchasing a mattress, Xavier made sure I was aware of all discounts and helped in anyway possible. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress or just wanting to stop in and check out the store! Phenomenal customer service, an a great store!! :)

Just purchased a king adjustable bed base and mattress from Xavier down at Mattress Firm in Fort Walton Beach. What a great experience. Xavier a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about all the brands and products they had. We tried several beds that he suggested while he broke down the options and specifics of each. We decided on a bed and to our surprise, it will be delivered and set up tomorrow. We are so excited. Thank you Xavier for helping us through this process.

My son n I tried repeatedly to order my purple bed on Labor Day in order to get the sale price. Two hours of trying.Nothing! Went into the store today and they would not honor the Sale Price.I bought a Queen last month for my son. Because i liked his so much...The one today was for myself.Just sad PURPLE wouldn't honor their advertisements.
