Everything from the first call to set up an appointment to my actual appointment was perfect. My appointment was with James and he was extremely knowledgeable and wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with my mask and knew how to use my machine. I've been nervous to get a CPAP machine and thought the entire experience would be awful but they have been great!

On vacation with my wife who is on oxygen. We ran into a minor supply issue. Medlogic was able to resolve the issue, quickly and efficiently.

I have had the pleasure working with Mickey Picon at AeroCare. Mickey has been extremely patient with me and my repeated questions and issues with my refurbed/re-issued CPap machine. Seemed like I was visiting their office several weeks in a row with various questions and inconsistencies with the re-issued machine and its parts. She assisted me with each request with patience and expedient help. Finally, all my issues were resolved because of Mickey's diligence in giving me complete customer satisfaction!

Their billing department is terrible. They have been using the wrong member number for my insurance and I have called and corrected it several times and they are still billing incorrectly and then turned my account over to a collection agency. I have left at least 6 voicemails (since they refuse to answer the phone) and they have not responded at all. The sales staff in the office have been great. No issues with them at all

My husband is on hospice and I called this company to see if they could order us a G-tube or an extension line for his pic line.Basically, she told me straight out “no I can’t get either one of those items” hospice considers this “aggressive therapy “so we would have to pay out of pocket. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude.

Customer service in the billing department is terrible. If there's another option I would choose it. They have been billing me repeatedly for products I do not have. The FWB location will take zero responsibility in helping with this matter. 1-800 and talk to this foreigner who does not care to help you at ALL,

I have dealt with this company a number of times. They are hit or miss it seems. It depends on who is at the counter. Sometimes the service is great, and other times you want to go look elsewhere.

Had to give them a star to warn others. My paralyzed daughter has had a busted bed since June because their customer service is beyond horrible. Now that we have her a functioning bed, aerocare wants to act sideways about picking this busted thing up. I hope they aren't d*** enough to send me a bill for the past 7 months!!!

If you're scrambling for a CPAP machine, my advice is to ignore this place and just go online and buy one. They assured me it wouldn't be long before they got a shipment in, but after about a week, my doctor recommended cpap.com, so I went that route. They immediately shipped my order within 2 days. 2 weeks after I already received my new cpap, this place finally calls to set up an appointment to get a new machine. I mean, why is it that I was able to get one immediately, but this place took several weeks. Who's your supplier? Obviously, they're very unreliable. I think I'll just order online for now on. They clearly don't care about their customers. If they did, they'd be more aggressive about filling orders. Thanks.
