Just an incredible experience with this Penske. I have rented from here for over 2 years. Over a dozen rentals. I recently moved away from FWB and was grateful to rent from here one last time. They were incredible to work with and specifically sir Asir is top notch, awesome guy. Great company and great customer service.

Monisa made me feel heard when I faced a problem that arose from confusion I had when I rented a box truck, but she helped me understand what happened and helped me fix the problem that I was facing. She helped me get back on track and even taught me useful things about Penske during moving time or picking up local items. She has great customer service and high understanding of other human beings. Thank you for all your help, I recommend using this Penske location. Their staff is great!

Wow what a great team at this location! Shoutout to Mo, Takota, Wes, and the new guy whose name I can’t spell but it was Asir. We were greeted so pleasantly and treated with kindness and they were so helpful! What a great experience. Highly recommend this location and using Penske for truck rentals!!

Great for military moves! Just disappointed that they were out of the van-styles at the time we needed it. But overall okay. Also, they didn't have us return the truck to the closest Home Depot location. Being brand new in Washington D.C., this was a little inconvenient..an extra hour round trip due to traffic inconvenient, lol.

I want to thank Andrew and Mason find amazing experience. Mason took my reservation over the phone and Andrew did the rest. I would have never found these guys but U-Hauls website went down for many hours and I was not able to get my truck. It was a blessing in disguise. My truck only had six thousand miles on it and these guys are very very professional. If you're anywhere near fort Walton Beach make sure you go out of your way to rent from this location. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have always used Penske for any move whether local or cross country. I have usually dealt with the actual Penske location and not a third party like a gas station. I was hired to drive a 16’ Ford Penske truck from Brandon FL to FT Walton Beach FL. I’ll do a separate review for the pick up location a local Brandon muffler shop. This FT Walton Beach location was top notch and very friendly, easy to deal with and courteous. They knew what was going on unlike the third party locations that don’t.

This company totally took care of us when our truck we rented broke down. They have amazing custom service and their trucks are extremely clean. We would definitely use them again!
