Very arrogant workers and disrespectful to even long time customers. Besides the bugs throughout and the lack of cleanliness in the pedicure machines, they suck at communication. I sat there after my feet were done waiting for my nails to begin and 10 minutes pass with me watching someone who came in before me get sat. All I needed was someone to come and let me know why I was still sitting there & what I was waiting for. Then I ask a simple question about a service and one of their short male workers gets an attitude with me and raises his voice. Naturally I didn’t want him servicing my nails with that bogus energy. I decided to leave after wasting more time there and when i asked them why they feel they can treat people this way the only reply i received was “sorry we’re so busy” 🤣🤣🤣 I’ve been coming here for a year, they have you sign in with a number to show your loyalty and at the end you’ll just get disrespected and a bland sorry. DO BETTER!

I have been getting my nails done at Perfect Nails since 2015 because they give great service and reasonable prices.
I travel from Gulf Breeze but the trip is worth it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
