First of all, lady’s at the desk are cool. Unfortunately, had someone hit my Toyota Corolla and needed the trunk and bumper repaired and their insurance company sent me here. Took two weeks and everything was great, but I was inspecting my car and there was a minor fracture in the windshield. I told them about it, and was told they can’t do anything about it. They told me they put the entire car in a heated paint booth and it expands the glass and ruptures any minor crack. If they know that happens to windshields why do they keep doing that? Anyway, they told me that Florida insurance gives you a free windshield every year. What if I wasn’t in Florida, then what?

They have had my car for 5 weeks in the collision center for a minor repair. It was supposed to take 2. Each time I call, they have never called me first, they say it will be another week. Now they can't tell me when it will be ready for pick up tomorrow because they are missing another part. Terrible customer service.

Customer service representative was amazing at the fwb dealership repair area. I was having a bad day and she put a big smile on my face. And they hadn’t even seen nor touched my vehicle at the time.

If I could leave less than one star I would. I have a 2021 Tahoe bought from Matt Bowers Chevrolet (who I do recommend) I had it in their for service and a pushy saleswoman named Maria Hill, talked me into trading my new Tahoe with a 2022 Suburban from them. They sold this vehicle to me, taking my perfectly working Tahoe in exchange for a lemon of a 2022 Suburban. In less than 1 year, i have had my Suburban in the shop six times. An instrument cluster defect where the panel goes out completely while driving. And they have no solution for it. I was told, so sorry. Nothing can be done. Drive around with your dashboard blank. No way to see how fast you are going or the gas mileage.And then the fuel injector went out - I had to have it towed from my driveway into the dealership. 12,000 miles and I have three young children and bought this vehicle under the pretense of safety. Well, they knew what they were selling me was junk. DO NOT BUY from them!!!!

I traded my 2015Impala with 250k miles. High mileage, however it was well maintained, timely oil changes, bumper to bumper clean inside and out. I kept it detailed. Spoke with a sales person before driving to FWB two days before. Drove down on Saturday. Sales rep not there. Spoke with Austin Cribbs. Usual back and forth. Shared story about Vernon,Florida(remember me now Austin?) We negotiated a price. After he checked my ride, I asked if they would sell it at auction. He said they liked it so well because it was clean and well maintained, they would keep on lot and sell. Somehow I didn't believe him. Followed up and never seen on website it was for sale. Hate being lied to like that. I never returned even for the free oil change. Yet another lying salesman. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. EVER!

We were in town for just a few days. I was driving along in our 3500 and I heard the serpentine belt snap. At the same time I felt the p/s and p/b go out. As I'm going toward the dealership my girl calls Preston Hood. They told us to bring it in. We did. They were going to fix it right away except that they found the p/s pump was shot and the pulley too. Long story short, they overnighted parts and had me driving away the next day. Keep in mind this happened on a Thursday. I had to leave town by Sunday. I picked up our truck on Friday! This dealership is awesome! It's that feeling of total despair to feeling like the luckiest guy in town. Thank you so much to the Preston Hood service department!!!

Someone rear ended me so I had to get a new bumper. Preston Hood had the rental car ready at drop off and fixed my truck much sooner than I expected. They even washed the truck and swept out the interior, very unexpected and kind of them. Tony was very nice and helpful at the front desk. Rick Ruschmeier and his team at the collision center are absolutely amazing! I got into an accident and my front bumper got all messed up along with some stuff behind the bumper.
