I went in to buy new running shoes, selection is good but the customer services at the desk was bad. I was the only client and they acted like the line was out the door, her only interaction was to tell me there was a 4% extra if I pay with credit card… I should have walked away!!!! ?

I have been looking for the right shoes for walking for years. Real flat feet. With the knowledge of the staff at Run With It I was properly fitted and great service. I just went on the longest walk I have in years and my feet felt fantastic!!!. Traveled over 300 miles for the correct shoe and fit.

I am a relatively new runner and this place has been such a backbone for me! It helped me get back into running after stopping for a while and I appreciate it so much. They have great shoes, gear, and even Lululemon! They sometimes do a run club and couch>5k program which is so fun!!!

Run With It in Fort Walton Beach is your local store for all of your running needs! I visited with my mom this morning to get her some new shoes that were very cushioned, supportive and neutral. We were helped by Laura who was INCREDIBLE! She was super patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. We ended up buying two pairs of shoes! Plus, they offer a 10% off your entire purchase military discount! Also, prepare to pay and extra 4% if you're paying with credit card.

I arrived to buy a pair of shoes and got Danielle. Her knowledge about all of their shoes is very impressive. She explained to me the difference between a neutral shoe and a stability shoe and she also observed me walking and gave me informative feedback which ultimately led to me buying the desired shoe. She never showed any frustration in waiting on me and I'm very attuned to the sighs, grunts, fake smiles, eye rolling from people and I never got any of that from her. Danielle made me feel like she was genuinely interested in trying to find the right shoe for me and I *really* appreciate that. I offered to tip her cash after buying my shoes but she politely declined. If I had a small business like this I would want Danielle working for me. The other two younger women that were working there were pleasant to engage with as well.
The store is visually appealing, clean, and organized. The benches are comfortable to sit on and the prices are listed right there by the shoes so there was no confusion. Also, there was no annoying and loud hip hop music blaring over speakers like there is in other athletic shoe stores. Run With It has a pleasant atmosphere.
I felt like the value I got was certainly worth the price. I love my Brooke Glycerin shoes thanks to Danielle. I will certainly be back in the next month or two to buy the other pair of shoes that she and I discussed for wearing at home.
Run With It was not only the best shoe store experience I've ever had but probably one of the best retail experiences I've ever had and I'm 43 years old.
My experience was therapeutic. There's no other way to describe it. Thank you!

Beware that there is no return policy, just exchanges. I wish I knew that before I went in, that part is my fault. However, the customer service I’ve received on 3 different occasions left me sad when I was trying to support a small business.
I went in on Saturday late afternoon and felt like I was unwanted as I was asking about the certificate I had won during a raffle, it seemed like a burden and I was given wrong information about the certificate. On top of that I was purchasing another pair of shoes and still felt like a burden. One of the employees asked the other employee a question that I had originally asked and they let out a big sigh like I wasn’t there. I spoke to another employee on the phone twice because of the misinformation I was given about the certificate. I will probably give my certificate to someone else as it didn’t specify what it was for and now it just seems like I’m a burden on top of still buying shoes.

The minute I walked it my family and I was greeted at the door. They asked if we needed help and were very helpful. They explained the demo paddle program renting the paddles to try them out. What very large section of shoes/sneakers and they was on point with the knowledge. Very clean and organized. My aunt purchased a pair of Sneakers and made sure it was the right fit for her. Best part also was the indoor pickleball court. You can go online create an account and reserve time for pickle ball.Great sport to play with friends at this location. Highly recommend

Donna and Jeff are just amazingly EPIC. Their love for the running community here in Fort Walton Beach and the surrounding area is very evident in all they do. Every run they host is the best experience from start to crossing the finish line, to the free beer! lol, They host the most amazing run club/pickle ball on Tuesdays. The staff is five stars all the way from their friendliness to their knowledge of all the products that the store offers. I highly recommend buying your running gear, shorts, hats, socks, shoes, and fuel or your pickleball needs from Run With It!
