I learned about the back to work programs for disability clients. Programs explain thoroughly to me and the ways that I could opt out. Very informative customer service agent.

My husband is disabled and it is difficult for him to completely hear over the phone. Per the website, I called the local number to make an appointment so we could come in so he can communicate better in petson. Since I have to take work off for that, we asked to make an appointment, which again it says to do so on the fort walton beach offices website. When I called to make an appointment I was rudely told that we couldn’t make appointments now. So if you’re not going to let people make appointments you should take that option off of your website! And calling in to make an appointment and speak to someone that clearly was not willing to accommodate my husband’s disability request for an appointment is a complete waste of my time, as some of us actually work and do our jobs with acceptable customer service! Just figures, everything run by the government is an absolute joke! No one wants to actually help anyone because they are too lazy sitting at home answering calls when they feel like getting around to it! Again, doesn’t even surprise me in the least! Lazy, unprofessional and a complete waste of time!

The people at this office are always nice, they answer my questions and explain what is going on. They always try to help unlike my assigned office. I wish this office was my assigned office. Good people. Thank you!

The sign out front says the office opens at 9. I drove from an hour away to get there early to be the first person in line. You know what happened at 9? Nothing. The office isn't staffed because the workers are still teleworking. I don't know how a government service agency still is getting away with teleworking in July 2021. What a waste of time.
