Very disappointed in the Company and how they are forcing people to go digital or pay a $5 penalty for paying in cash now. So for now on you gotta add that to your bills is just crazy....

Twice now, this team has given me the "Sprint Customer" treatment & is totally useless when it comes to simple tasks such as swapping out SIM cards or obtaining a new phone through Assurion. Avoid this store at all costs.

The Mary Esther store is beyond amazing. I had some serious issues happening and they were kind and didn’t give up on me!! If you have issues don’t call customer service; come here in person. They know what they’re doing. Very thankful!

I have been having very bad experiences with sprint billing. I added a line had the representative write down the amount I will pay monthly, every month they over charged me. They gave me a free IPad in a plan with a lower bill. That was a lie. Sprint/ T-mobile are scamming people.instead of been 129. 50, it became $139 , $168…..when I called for adjustments the representative cancelled both the 360 protection plan I had on my 2 phones even though I requested for only one to be cancelled. I found out today when I filled a claim for a cracked screen on one of the phones. Sprint/ T-mobile refused my request to audit the call to hear when I told the representative that I need to cancel the insurance on one of the devices.
