“I had an outstanding experience with Holmes Auto! I originally brought my car in for an oil leak that started right after a visit to one of those quick oil-change places. Not wanting to deal with them again, I chose Holmes on a friend’s recommendation and I’m so glad I did. They quickly determined the oil filter had been improperly installed, but when the leak persisted after I got home, I gave them a call. Without hesitation, they sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. It turned out the real issue (or additional issue) was a cracked oil pan. Holmes immediately owned it, corrected the problem, and even covered the full cost, telling me they should have caught it the first time. That level of honesty, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction is almost unheard of these days. From Cami and Melissa at the front desk to Mike, every single person I dealt with was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making things right. “On a rainy Saturday I had a tire blow out. Went everywhere noon had my size. Came here and I needed a tire. They didn't have my size but a similar size. Being a single mother with little cash I took the tire and it was used but looked new. I needed a 205 but they had a 215. I would recommend this tire place to anyone. Very friendly people. Very reasonable. I will definitely be back to replace my other 3. I would give 1000 stars.”

“I just want to share my experience with tire Kingdom and they're wonderful employees. I went there because I was having a alignment problem they quickly put the car in the air and before they got too deep into anything they checked all of my tires balance. Found out that I had a couple of very bad unbalanced tires and my alignment was off. Within an hour or so they had the alignment done tires put back on everything perfectly aligned. And their prices are for sure the best prices I've seen in the city as far as doing the alignment work. I want to say thank you to the staff that helped me and provided me with the extra knowledge I needed to know about my car and how to fix it and keep it perfectly aligned. The whole staff there commitment to the job and service skills were impeccable thank you all so much.”

“Great service with professional staff! Circumstances occur at all businesses, how it is handled for customers is the key to a greatly ran business. When I arrived and presented my concerns of a nail in my tire, Milenia was up front and honest about timing to address the tire. The technician scheduled to work unfortunately unable to work due to a medical need. The store manager Stan did not hesitate to arrive to his store to jump in and assist customers. I received a call by Milenia asking me to come back so that Stan could fix the tire. Service was timely, the nail removed, tire fixed as well as checking the air pressure on the other tires. Thank you Milenia and Stan for taking care of customers efficiently and professionally even with the circumstance of a sick call, the world could use more kindness as you both have and carried into your work shift!”

We came in with our kids and all as we are heading back home to SC with an urgent tire issue and they were able to get us squared away to make it to our destination safely! The fact they cared enough for us as customers and people to have been able to fit us in their schedule speaks highly of how compassionate the staff is!! “I’ve been splitting my truck service between this Firestone and the one in Hurlburt for several years now, and I have to say—my most recent visit here really stood out. Jay greeted me right away and was super friendly and easy to talk to when I dropped the truck off. I’d been dealing with it pulling hard to the right and this annoying vibration coming from one of the rear tires. Jay took the time to explain that it was likely just the tires being worn unevenly from age, and he didn’t try to oversell anything. That kind of straight-up honesty meant a lot.
I went ahead with a new set of tires, and later they called about a couple of other recommended services. They explained everything clearly but never came across pushy—huge plus in my book. When I picked it up, the truck tracked straight and rode smooth as can be. Feels like a completely different vehicle now.
