The only time i breathe a sigh of relief going into this store is when the manager is working. the girl with the short dark hair is rude and always ignores me when i try to greet her or say anything at all. they apparently are NOT open 24 hours

Went in there to buy a lighter im 35 years old and the older black lady made such a big deal because I didn’t have my iD she told me that I wasn’t old enough to “wipe my butt” I’ll never be coming here again and I’ll be posting it on every Facebook group I can find in the area as well. I looked it up and it’s not even law to have id when buying a lighter or matches. Train your employees better.

It's uncalled for when the clerk of the store his name was Todd or so he told me that was his name...he's a older guy wears glasses that works late night and he gives me a attitude and raises his voice to me just cause I asked if I could get cash back so that's why I'm writing this review of this tom thumb...he definitely needs training on how to act appropriately to customers and so if this happens again I am going to call they're HR headquarter and explain this situation and the next situation I encounter...just because he's having a bad night does not mean he should treat people in a bad way so he feels better.

Oh my! Stopped here for fuel during our recent stay and several of the pumps were not working. The pump I picked did not provide receipts, so I had to go inside. The poor kid inside was overwhelmed with the busy 4th of July crowds but was handling them well.I should have gone next door to the new and well-functioning station. This location needs some attention from management as I see them becoming a “lottery and liquor” stop only.

Worst customer service I have ever had! Black lady with dreds...needs to be fired!! RUDE , foul mouthed and down right nasty to customers! This store is located at the corner of Beal Prkwy and Yahct club drive in fort walton beacch, FL

? Since the new management. The place is and will never be the same. I received cold fries. Return.. worker tells another worker.. I'm not dropping new fries.. ignored me and that was it for me.
