“Very satisfied with the product quality and even more satisfied with the customer service. I purchased a solenoid pack and service kit for my 68rfe.
Initially my package was missing the solenoid pack but ALEC quickly two day shipped one to me.
Installing the new pack did not resolve the issue however long after my purchase I continued to receive excellent customer service. Alec was quick to connect me with Montana and Ernie who were both exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Ernie at one point said he would spend as much time on the phone with me as I needed and even tried to find local resources to me to help troubleshoot the issue when it was beyond my means.

“I had an outstanding experience with Holmes Auto! I originally brought my car in for an oil leak that started right after a visit to one of those quick oil-change places. Not wanting to deal with them again, I chose Holmes on a friend’s recommendation and I’m so glad I did. They quickly determined the oil filter had been improperly installed, but when the leak persisted after I got home, I gave them a call. Without hesitation, they sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. It turned out the real issue (or additional issue) was a cracked oil pan. Holmes immediately owned it, corrected the problem, and even covered the full cost, telling me they should have caught it the first time. That level of honesty, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction is almost unheard of these days.
