Do NOT come here! If you do, do NOT have an employee named Emma process your package. Wait for anyone else to assist you. I paid almost $200 to overnight a package with medical supplies only for it to not arrive by the guaranteed time the next day. I call to ask about why my package was delayed, only to be told she pressed the wrong option for shipping when processing my order and there was nothing they could do to reimburse me. I trusted it would be delivered when she told me it would be delivered! I spoke to Emma directly on the phone about this and she argued with me about how she never guaranteed that delivery time. Because I would drop $200 on something to ship overnight that wasn't guaranteed right? The manager had conveniently clocked out for the day at 3pm and Emma did not know owners information to share with me. I am so upset over this as I cannot replace the ounces of breast milk that spoiled due to this incidence.

I've been there several times and always have been treated great. Sometimes there is a line but it usually goes fast. I was actually in the store today and there were five people ahead of me. I was in the store less than five minutes.

I needed to fax documents and had a deadline. I was a little concerned as I usually like to handle things in person, but I was so well taken care of first by Lexi, and a second visit 2 day s later by a very nice young lady who I didn't get her name.As customers come in the door the staff take their turn to assist the next customer. Lexi calmed me down and even suggested I call later to make sure they received as I was really concerned, even though I had the receipt. The second visit was a fax again, and once more she helped me. You even get a discount for having AARP which I didn't know, how nice is that. They move along at a nice pace, but answer all your questions, you walk out of there feeling all their employees want to do a good job and you can't ask for better than that.

We had outstanding customer service from the store manager, Amy. Without her help and patience we wouldn't have been able to retrieve the email with all the information on the return. While she was working on it I listened to all the employees helping other people. They were all so pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend this UPS store and it's staff. Thank you, Amy, for all your help! You deserve employees of the year.

shady business practices and they charge you random amounts for packages. When told free pick up it should be free pick up and no hidden fees. So what y'all are saying I was charged for Neweggs box?? How is that legal y'all just received it

Huge fail today for UPS again! Another package lost! Why do you continue to put my packages somewhere else that I can't find! Now I have to get a refund because my package is nowhere to BE FOUND! Can you read addresses correctly?? Not hard to do!

Hit or miss. The online shipping calculator has long been a farce, but as a small business regularly shipping items, occasionally it surprises even me.Online I'm quoted $60. In the store it jumps to $120 and then they double that for boxes/packing. How do they charge $25 for a cardboard box? I guess this week I'm operating as a nonprofit.

I have never been to this store before but wanted to mail a picture after I had it framed. Jaden was polite, professional, and thorough. The store was clean and the atmosphere friendly.

I had the worse experience today at the UPS store on Mary Esther cutoff, in FWB where Amazon products can be returned. I paid 11.25 for a box and spend 45 minutes on phone trying to get a reimbursement

Marcus at store #2135 in Fort Walton Beach is amazing! Great attitude, fast service. The rest of the associates were also pleasant to every customer and efficiently handled all the transactions during the busy after-work rush with everyone trying to cross mailing packages off the to-do list!

The time you spend driving to another UPS location will amount to nothing in comparison to the time wasted dealing with the incompetent employees at this store.One rocket science in particular, named Marcus, managed to repeatedly fail in the most basic duties of a UPS employee and never seemed to care or even apologize for the mountains of time wasted due solely to his incompetence.

Unfortunately, I am rarely able to have the pleasure of writing a review based on absolutely superlative customer service. Today, I have that pleasure. I am 74 years old and not always the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to being technologically savvy. When I had shoes to return to Amazon following the Amazon protocol, I found myself having lots of problems getting the QR code to work. No fewer than 3 UPS team members helped me work on, and resolve, the problem. Their expertise made it possible for me to make the return on a single visit and they were cheerful and professional in their demeanor. They made me feel welcome and appreciated for using their store. I don't know who is responsible for making these folks such customer-centric folks, but it is evident to, and very much appreciated by, customers like me.
