Rented U-haul I only needed it for 2 hours but the way it works is by renting for 24 hour periods..
I paid fee and left..
When I returned the equipment I was charged for 2 days.
They charged me 2 days in one transaction and then another transaction for an extra day.
Basically charging me for 3 days.
Going to dispute the large transaction of $298 they can keep the other.
Renter beware.
dude who runs this place is a grouchy old man also

Polite, and nice. Went out of the way to help me find what I was looking for even though it was a not get location meant he didn't make money off it. Customer service at it's best!

This place deserves negative stars!! Placed a reservation for a truck and car dolly. Showed up and there was no car dolly there. When I asked about it the guy said he'd go check, 10 minutes later he hasn't returned so I go find him and he's just standing around talking to his buddy's. I asked him again what was going on, he then finally called who he claims was a uhaul office. He was on the phone for a long time, finally got off the phone and told me he had other stuff he needed to get done i would have to figure it out myself. I asked if I could at least have the truck, and he said no he had to go he didn't have time to deal with me and then he just got in his truck and left. I don't know why uhaul lets inbred white trash that has no work ethic represent the uhaul name.
