Packages and letters constantly missing. Slips left in the mailbox for things requiring a signature saying sorry we missed you without ever knocking on the door let alone coming onto the property. Service is so bad we look for the mailman and approach them so we dont miss any mail.

The most terrible post office around. I do not usually use this post office but was in the area. The entire post office is closed for lunch from 12:30-1:30 you believe that? The entire post office closes for lunch. Then you wait for the post office to open please do not let it be anything important like an overnight they cannot send it. “We do not have the paperwork go to Branford or High Springs”. I was on my lunch. Very disappointed. I won’t be back.

Delivered a Amazon package placed it on entrance column on the top at the road edge fortunately I saw it before it was stolen delivery was supposed to be to front door Fort White Post Office service is terrible they have the lowest rating of any post office in the area

They lost a certified letter addressed to me with from the Department of Veterans Affairs. The manager told me the carrier put it in my mailbox when it was supposed to be hand delivered, and then later told me it was misplaced and I’ll have to wait and see if they accidentally placed it in the outgoing stack and if it comes back.

Slow if you need a transaction inside. It always takes SO long to get anything done in there!!

The carrier employed by this branch has killed hundreds of dollars worth of live insect shipments by placing them in a hot mailbox in full sun, even though there is a large insulated parcel box about ten feet away in our driveway (which they DO use for boxes which cannot fit into the mailbox) The insect shipments are CLEARLY MARKED as to protection from extreme temps, etc. and of course, attempting to call the P.O. phone number results in a chronic busy signal. I try to have everything shipped FedEx or UPS, but sometimes it is not possible. I just want the general public to know what kind of incompetent or uncaring people our tax dollars are paying for.

The worst! post office and mail delivery service ever fort White post office has a bunch of lazy people that work up there if I could give zero stars I absolutely would!!!! The postmaster needs to be fired. If they have to deliver a package you already know you're going to have to get it from the office.

Stay away if you can help it!! This place is a joke! Like everyone else that reviewed, they deliver the packages when they feel like it and usually leave a note saying it was attempted when it really wasn't. They lost my package and made me drive up to the office twice as they directed me to and still didn't know where it was. Worst post office I've been to!!

They don’t even try to deliver packages on our road, unlike every other carrier who delivers to our doorstep. They don’t even put the small items in the mailbox. They are the only carrier who does this, and they have horribly inconvenient office hours. They close at 4 and they’re open two hours on Saturday morning. As someone who works a regular 9-5, it extremely inconvenient to have to go pick up a small package of socks on my Saturday mornings when it could’ve easily fit into my mailbox. I’m only leaving two stars bc other than the not delivering packages, I haven’t had an issue with them.
