This location has been wonderful and the staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. However I recently disputed a charge where I was scammed. This is my fault not PNC, however I provided pages of correspondence with seller, invoices, and pages of other customers being scammed. I was told I did not provide the information requested and they sided with merchant. I'm now working with state attorney for resolution. I've been a customer for 9 years, will be closing my account and switching banks soon. Pathetic customer service from dispute team, I can get a better bank that protects it's customers not scammers.

Wednesday, November 6th, this place has WORTHLESS EMPLOYEES!
I was just hung up on twice, and now it's just ringing. I've been with PNC for over 20 years, and I'm thinking about changing since I've had nothing but problems, especially from this place this year. I shouldn't be on a ringing call for 8 minutes and no one picking up.

I just had an awful experience in this bank.
The cashier ask the “manager” Shaun Fowler if she could cash a check (a valid check with funds and I provided all the identification needed, then the “manager” started to make all kind of bogus lies to deny cashing it. I asked for a refusal in writing explaining why he wasn’t cashing it. And he refused to that without any reasonable explanation. Also refused to be filmed saying that he will not cash it.
I’m starting to assume that of this bank has not the money that it should or it’s “managers” are just incompetent persons

If i could give negative i would
Petal Holder, the branch manager at this location is completely uneducated on how the system works. When you work with her she will make you feel small and incompetent so she can feel like shes doing her job properly
If you can go to any other bank do it because Petal will make sure to ruin your finances

We have been PNC customers for many years (both business and personal). Recently made an appointment at the Champions Gate, FL location to make changes to and open a new business account. We spoke with Petal, the VP Branch Manager and after over an hour she said she was having "system problems" and was not able to finish opening the account. So we scheduled another appoint with her for the next week. Petal already had all of the documents needed from us, and assured us that she would have everything prepared for us next week when we arrived, so it would be a very easy and quick transaction. HOWEVER, when we went to the appointment Petal was not there and we were told that the only other individual allowed to open a business account was also not available!
The individuals at the branch tried to be helpful and attempted to make excuses for Petal, but it is obvious that our business didn't even warrant the courtesy of a phone call or email to reschedule an appointment that SHE MADE! So now we have wasted time on two appointments and still have no solution...other than to consider finding another bank that cares about BASIC CUSTOMER CARE.

Came in a little after 9 for a deposit and to get a new debit card. The teller was amazing she said they can print one out and Simon can help. He had one client waiting for him no big deal. 30-40 min he is not talking about banking stuff but giving personal advice. He has no respect for other people time do better pnc. I even asked another banker if she could help after seeing that they will probably continue small talk for god knows how long. She said only Simon can help. I hope they train more people than Simon to do this. I feel bad for the people waiting after me they will have to wait a while I decided to leave.

I am out of town and lost my debit card. I froze it online- super easy. I came to this bank, and the man who helped me was kind and professional. Within 5 minutes, I had a debit card printed out with my name on it. Easy peasy. I would be happy to bank at this location if I was local.

They charged me 50.00 for cash flow service, I never requested it, I never used it, they're not even sure if they're going to refund it, they don't care, be careful when opening an account!

Your ATM machine took my cash and immediately shut down: over a holiday weekend!!!! Deposit never posted. Dispute opened over phone the same day. I came into the branch and had a teller inform me there was nothing he could do. The manager (Petal H.) is trying to get a provisional deposit credited to my account. However NOTHING can be done in house! My money is here but all decisions and any access to Loomis (ATM company) and Video cameras is only at the corporate level. I’m trying to remain calm.

If you’re sick and stuck in bed, count on PNC to start arbitrarily declining your transactions. Every single time I have a large deposit they do this! It’s right before Christmas- people will spend more. This is their back door way to keep more of your money on deposit with them. Last time they pulled this, I emptied my account and they apologized profusely. This time I’m going to go ahead and get rid of this sorry excuse of a bank. Fed up does not cover it!!! Right before Christmas I’m getting declined transactions I KNOW I HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR? Nope. Done with this shady institution.
