“I have a Jeep Wrangler with a main and auxiliary battery. I’m trying to get into the dealership for the auxiliary as it is hard to replace. I went into the store to ask about getting the main battery now, but mentioned that I had to wait 3 weeks for my dealership appointment on the auxiliary. James was really helpful and very honest and told me that he couldn’t in good conscience sell me the main battery this far out from getting a new auxiliary battery as the old auxiliary could harm the new main battery. I really appreciated his honesty and that’s why I’m giving 5 stars without even making a purchase!”
